"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of what was going on inside the FC section. It appears that the unit is freezing up. I tested temps in the FC=19 degrees and RC=40 degrees. I inspected the evaporator and tested the thermistor and found the thermistor open. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the thermistor and it showed it to be open. I removed ad replaced the evaporator thermistor and tested and it is good. The unit was cooling properly and the evaporator began to make a good frost pattern. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I cleaned the burner heads and the orifices. I tested the unit and all of the flames are correct now and all of the burners are lighting. I showed the customer how to get the RF burner to light easier by turning the gas to the low setting. I explained to the customer that the RF burner head screws are rusted out and if we have to disassemble the unit to service it in the future we would have to replace the orifice holder, burner head, and screws. "Arrived onsite for the washer with wet clothes at the end of a cycle. I checked stored error codes and found an F3E1, F9E1, & F8E3. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle but the drain pump ran longer than normal. I pulled the air trap hose off the rear of the tub and found it completely full of debris. I cleaned the hose and retested the unit. The unit worked as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service.
