"WRS325SDHZ05 Arrived to replace sealed system. I found the pre-cooler had several nicks in the protective polymer coating, allowing moisture to corrode the inner steel tubing and removed and replaced it. I replaced the compressor, service port and dye drier and vacuumed. I found it took an excessively long duration to vacuum down to just 350 microns and at the resting period, the microns increased by around 10 per minute. This denoted moisture still within the system and I pressurized to leak test, and then flush the system fully. Finding no pressure-detectable leaks, I re-vacuumed to 290 microns and monitored. Seeing no loss of vacuum, I charged with the MFG calculated refrigerant charge and tested. Operational test good, no water connections to unit."

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cooling properly. Upon initial inspection found the refrigerator has been unplugged for several days. I asked the customer if there had been any water coming from the unit after leaving it unplugged. He informed me that there was no water. I verified this by checking the condenser pan and observed no water in the pan. I plugged in the unit and the compressor started and fan operating fine however when I tested the compressor a second time I checked amps and read 9.5 and compressor did not start and tripped the overload. Once the drain stopped I checked the level and found it was barely off by a small fraction, which would not cause any banging issues. Maintenance showed me a video of the unit looking like it walked. I tested all hardware again, and found no issues with any suspension or basket / gearcase. Filled the unit with rugs and towels and balanced load. Soaked items and ran in drain in spin. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is still making chiming noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a few videos of what was happening and it seemed like the unit was losing power for less than half a second before powering back on. I ran the unit into diagnostics and could not get the unit to fault on any diagnostic testing. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7739769439. He had me run through various checks through diagnostics and we could not get the unit to fail. he advised for me to check to see if the unit was plugged into a dedicated circuit, and I found the unit was tied to an outlet that had a gas range on it. He advised that that was going to be the issue completely as the refrigerator needs to be on a dedicated circuit. He advised that with the unit being on an outlet that has a gas range, there would be a shared voltage and white noise, causing issues with the control to drop voltage. He advised to make no repairs at this time and inform the customer that they will need to put their refrigerator on a dedicated circuit prior to any further repairs. I informed the customer of techlines findings. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, I removed the unit from the wall and gained access to the ground wire and disconnected the ground from the chassis. Placed the unit in diagnostics and found error code F6E4-UI/ACU status mismatched. Cleared the codes and attempted a burnout on Bale at 500 degrees. Approximately 3 minutes into burnout, the unit tripped the breaker. Cycled power and attempted burnout again and unit shut down and displayed F6E4 error code. Cycled power and removed and replaced both upper and lower ovens ACUs and performed another burnout on the upper oven. The burnout completed and then performed burnout for the lower oven and it too completed. Reconnected the ground wire and tested the upper and lower ovens and both are operating as designed. Notified the builder of the repairs and tests completed and that the 30amp breaker needs to be replaced with a 40amp breaker. Job completed. No one available to sign for receipt. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer control panel not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit control panel not responding and unit is plugged in. Opened the unit door and found the interior light not coming on. Tested voltage at the outlet and found none. I found the GFCI breaker tripped and the test light flashing (photo). Cycled power to the unit and retested voltage at the outlet and got 247V. Tested voltage at the terminal block and got 247V and it is wired correctly. Gained access to the control panel encoder and main control and found the diagnostics LED flashing as designed. When I checked the encoder harness at the main control, I found the molex connector not fulling plugged into the control. Once I had the connector fully plugged in, I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. No lint or water observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners not igniting properly. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found all burners taking too long to ignite and the back middle burner flame does not go all the way around the burner head. I adjusted all of the burner heads and found debris inside the back middle burner that was prohibiting the gas to travel around the head to ignite. I cleaned the burner head and adjusted it and adjusted all flame heights and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No parts installed."

On arrival verified complaint of unit still throwing f3e3 error. Verified code is in diag system. Code is for inlet thermistor open or shorted. Verified at j14 1-3 not open or shorted and at 74 degrees it was approx 47k ohms. Ran vent test with meter and got yellow with vent attached and green with it off. Ran cycle and when error popped up we had 151 temp and 9.8 k ohms sensor is not shorted nor open. Sensor is correct and still throwing error codes. Spoke to TL Joe 7739843683 was advised thermistor and control can cause it. As well as a bad vent which we had a yellow test earlier. Was advised to run it with no vent attached . Devised customer to run a cycle with vent disconnected. Cleared fault codes. If fault comes back with vent disconnected call for service. Job complete no parts installed

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator with no power. On inspection found the unit had no power. Tested the power cable and it was 125 vac. Found that the power switch did not have power leaving the switch. Tested the switch and the N side had continuity to it, Ordering a switch. The customer complaint was there was no lights in the unit. On further inspection the left door switch arm broke. Ordering the screws and the washer to rebuild the switch arm. "Arrived onsite for unit not draining. Found unit filled to the top with water. Customer tried running a clean cycle and unit failed. Manually drained water out. Inspected and found lower wire harness broken and had been spliced several times by previous repair company. Replaced whole harness. Also adjusted legs for better clearance. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Advised customer on proper load size, load should not exceed last hole punch out in the basket, which is slightly above the halfway point.Job complete. Arrived on-site for oven door closing correctly. On inspection found that the right side of the unit frame is bent from the unit be dropped. The door will not close all the way and hot air escape from the gap. It is Hard to Maintain the heat with the air gap. All the customer cakes are lopsided to the right when she bakes. Called and talked to WP tech line and sent pictures of the damage to them. Sr7739845754. No parts installed during service.

"WRS555SIHZ06 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. The customer advised there were temperature fluctuations and no ice. They specified ice cream was soft to runny. The FC was 24 and RC 41. The evaporator had visible frost at the lower intake area, but overall airflow was not affected enough to stop cooling. Inspection of the evaporator revealed frost only from the capillary tube entry into the chamber, through the first several rungs of the bottom of the evaporator, being the lower side entry point from the down tube portion. This denoted the likelihood of a severe mis-charge or loss of refrigerant. I found the high side discharge at the compressor leaking and was able to correct. I vacuumed and tested and the issue was resolved. Charging the unit showed normal operation restored. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for oven clock not working. On inspection found that when the oven is at temperature and the door is opened it makes the display go out. The unit as to be rebooted when it happens. Installed a new UI and now the oven can be opened and the display does not wig out to the heat. Heated oven to 350? and open the door several times trying to make the display go blank, never happened during service. The oven is operating as design. W11600370"

Arrived onsite for compactor not working correctly. On inspection found that the door will not open every time you step on the peddle. I pulled the door off and I re sprung the spring on the unit. I then pulled the 2 screws fc the rubber piece that covers the kick plate and reinstalled the pedal. Now the door opens every time you step on it. No parts installed during service.

Arrived onsite for MW not working correctly. On inspection the grill come on when using the grill feature but was not coming on when the air fry was selected. Called WP Tech line and found that the air fry cycle the grill on and off during cooking. Customer had me ask about the paint not matching on the scratches in the cavity of the unit. The MW is operating as design and no parts were installed during service.Sr7739841723

"Arrived on site for a range tripping the breaker. Upon arrival found the breaker had been flipped. Replaced part#s w11696067 , w11182108, and w10856603 per Whirlpool. Checked the polarity its correct Neutral and ground (008.0)L1 Neutral (124.2) L2 Neutral (125.) L1L2 (249). Tested broil element to 500 then to bake . Breaker tripped when switched to bake went out to flip breaker but breaker wouldnt stay on recommend client to wait for the temperature to drop before trying to flip again . Explained to client on how to run the range to keep from tripping breaker."

"JJW3430LL01 Arrived to inspect heating issue. I found the unit would reach 377 and claim preheat. The unit cooled to 305 and then heated to 339. I induced an offset and found it nearing the correct temperature. I verified the sensor match the service mode temperature reading and ruled that out. During inspection, I found the two left modifier buttons were not fully illuminated and both were dark at the upper right corners, requiring UI replacement. The left door has lift during close and will need to be addressed upon return. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Upon further inspection tested the ice maker. The ice maker is calling for water and I can hear the valve energizing but no water coming in. I found that the inlet tube is frozen from a weeping valve. I replaced the valve and defrosted the frozen inlet tube. I retested the ice maker and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11455388

"Arrived on site to test unit for lid not latching. Upon arrival customer stated unit should still be in warranty. Updated m/s, shows unit is still in warranty. Customer stated unit will make a really loud grinding noise during every cycle. Unit was uninstalled and not hooked up to water supply and drain. Inspected unit, found valve has been damaged, lid lock actuating but not latching, cam shows evidence of grinding. Will need to order all parts pertaining to that issue. Arrived onsite for IM leaking water. On inspection I pulled the unit out and gain access to the drain pump. I turn unit on and let drain a couple of times and found no leaks. I pulled the drain pump out and there was water marks under the drain and on both sides. The evidence showed that the drain pump had leaked sometime in the past. Installed a new drain pump and turn unit back on. It drain 3 times and still no leak but it did make a ice slab during testing. The Ice Machine is operating as design and no water leak was detected during service. W11539855

Arrived on site for surface light no coming on . Found control triac burned out . Replaced control W11544455. Replaced build with OEM bulb customer had on hand . Light is functioning now . No other issues found . Job complete

Arrived on site for oven light not turning off and oven not heating . After running some diagnostics test on control and door switch . Found one of the wires on switch was not properly inserted into door switch molex . Reinstalled connection . Light is responding properly . Unit is now heating . No parts installed. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not powering on. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the control panel completely dead. I checked voltage to the terminal block and found proper voltage and polarity. I checked incoming voltage to the control and found proper voltage, but the control would not illuminate. I replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11637581."
