I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics, and once I was able to get into diagnostics, I found error code F3E1-water level sensor failure. Per service pointer W11766193, I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics, and the unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for refrigerator not keeping temperature and moisture building on the back under damper. Customer says it fixed itself then issue came back. Found door mullion got caught and then sometimes didn't. This is cauing moisture and air flow problems. Adjusted hinge over just enough where after several test it is closing properly. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival I found that the door sat with me is the wrong door. I spoke to management and was advised that we would need to submit a research inquiry to Whirlpool to figure out the issue. I submitted photos for service management. The customer advised that they were not happy about how many times it has been taking to get this issue resolved and wanted a new unit. I did advise the customer that we could not replace the unit ourselves, but that I would contact whirlpool to document it for her so she can contact customer service. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7741841259. He had me send him several photos. Regarding the issue and advised that this issue was cosmetic, which would be past her thirty day cosmetic warranty. He stated he was not sure whether or not whirlpool had already made a concession for this or not, but that if the other doors had not corrected the issue, he would not make any further replacements. He advised to have the customer contact customer service for further resolution. I spoke to SR and she advised that she would contact the trade care team as well for further resolution. "Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Upon arrival customer stated unit just flashes the logo and a plug continuously. Applied power to the unit, unit powered on and started up. Unit did not leave the startup screen, unit is stuck in a power cycling loop. Console would need to be replaced. Replaced console (W11297728) and applied power, unit powered up and moved passed the startup screen. Tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed. Advised customer to connect unit to wifi. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Upon arrival customer stated unit has never filled more then half of the container with ice. Also items in the FC become soft intermittently. Took internal temps, found FC at 20?, RC at 42? and ice box at 24?. System is not cooling properly. Exposed evaporator coil and found an inconsistent frost pattern. Gained access to unit compartment, found compressor housing at 200?. Also found compressor pulling 2.6 amps. Contacted GC to verify, unit will need a sealed system repair. Unit is r600a. Requesting 2 hours for return visit. Arrived on site with new control panel for microwave. Installed new console which has keypad boards inside. New keypad is not responding properly. Drawer motor and drawer light working. Called tech line as it appears to be another keypad. Advised tech of findings. He recommends to replace wire harness and another keypad. Sr#7741843393.
