I tested the ice maker in diagnostics and it operated as designed. I removed the ice maker and checked the fill tube heater wiring and ice maker wiring and all were good. I contacted Techline and spoke to Rick who made reference to Service Pointer #W11033419C page 8 pertaining to no ice production. The pointer suggests replacing the ice maker, dual water valve, and Orion board. I replaced the ice maker and am ordering the Orion board and will return with the valve. Upon further inspection, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. My reading at Preheat was 452 degrees. My next five readings were 316, 364, 325, 363, 329 for an average of 340 degrees. I calibrated the unit +10 degrees. I removed and replaced the console and membrane due to both being badly warped/bubbled. I tested the cooktop and all flames were at correct height. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Customer concern with exhaust motor turns on by itself and stove not being used as well as the damper making noise and vent not pulling smoke out while cooking. Instructed customer on damper and that it is normal to make noise when opening and closing. Instructed customer on air volume that the unit moves when exhaling and that when cooking on the front burners the vent will not pull steam or smoke to it. Tested fan and found to be good. The RC door was approximately one inch off from the FC door. I leveled the unit and raised the right RC door by the adjustment pin. I found frost built up on the damper housing and when I tested the damper, I found that the damper door is broken and staying in the open position allowing too much cold air to go into the RC section and freezing foods Customer paid in full and I am ordering the damper and 7/16 hex nut for the adjustment pin and scheduled return service for 03/12/19. I turned the unit on Bake at 350 degrees Standard Preheat and the unit did not heat. I could hear the fan turn on but no heat. Went into diagnostics again and reset the factory settings to turn off WiFi and tested again. The unit began to operate and heated as designed. Job completed.
