"Arrived onsite for the range with the oven getting to hot, the burners are too high and won’t lower, and the light flickers when the door is opened and closed. I found the LF & LR burner infinite switches not cycling. I found the oven light working as designed with the oven cold. I tested the oven temp at 350 degrees and found it cycling between 327 & 382 degrees leaving it with a 354 degree average temp. I tested the oven light again with the oven hot and it worked as designed. The left side cooktop infinite switches need to be replaced. "arrived on site to inspect washer leaking. Upon further inspection, the customer had several towels around the unit that were soaked with water. I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error codes F0E3, F0E5 & F9E2. Cleared the codes and placed the unit in manual test mode and tested the cold fill. As soon as I pressed start, I found that the water is leaking from the cold water valve at the hose connection. It appears that the plastic housing is cracked. I removed and replaced the water valve housing and also removed the drain pump and checked for any debris and retested. Unit operated as designed. While unplugging the valve connector from the control, I found corrosion on the connectors. I cleaned them and connected the valve connector. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks at the end of service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the control knob would not turn but after a few days of not using it, the unit operated as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F5E1-lid lock. I cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed with no further error codes. I tested the unit in manual test mode and tested the lid lock and it operated as designed. I tested all of the fills manually, as well, as agitate, drain, and spin and the unit operated as designed. Due to the intermittent functions of the console, I removed and replaced the console and calibrated the unit. Retested and it operated as designed with no error codes. "Arrived onsite for the washer that the pulley shield has melted making a loud noise and the water won’t shut off and stay off. I found the gear case shaft had dropped causing the cam pulley to eat thru the belt shield. I replaced the gear case, cam, and shield. I calibrated the unit and ran auto diagnostics. I found the fill valve leaking from the body when it was running cold water. I replaced the fill valve and tested again in a normal deep water wash cycle. I found the unit would stop filling and then restart on its own. I checked the pressure hose and found it all good. I replaced the main control and tested again in the same cycle. The unit filled properly, went to wash, and after agitating for about 30 seconds, the machine powered off and drained on its own. I did a power reset and the pump would come on. Arrived on site and tested operation. I found that the filters were clogged and not allowing water to flow properly to sump and drain pump. Cleaned filters and ran diagnostics. I found that the dispenser has failed and the wash motor is locked up. Unit will need new dispenser and wash motor to repair. Unit will also need Affresh dishwasher cleaner ran through the clean all build up from unit. Installed new sump and motor assembly and dispenser. Tested operation and found unit working properly. Instructed customer to run cleaner through unit twice to clean away all build up in rails and unit. "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning. Upon further inspection, I found that the detergent is running down the inner door and resting in the front left corner of the tub. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit dispensed water and the motor came on and I could hear the diverter functioning, but the spray arms were intermittently moving. I found that the unit is slowly leaking at the diverter and the connection to the diverter from the control is corroded. Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that has a water leak and a lot of frosting in the FC after the door was replaced. I found the ice dispenser line not connected at the bottom of the door and the door gasket gapped on the left side of the FC door in the middle. I connected the icemaker line and heated the gasket to get it to seal. I ran a the dispenser and a harvest and fill to make sure the icemaker was working and that there were no water leaks present at the time of service. The unit works as designed. Call complete.
