"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a grinding noise. When I arrived, it was very quiet. When I opened the freezer door, the Evap fan came on and the condenser fan came on and I could hear a rubbing noise. I removed the back cover to find the condenser fan blade was stripped where it connects to the fan axle and was rubbing on the fan shroud. Using some black sealer from the unit, I took a piece and put it on the blade and attached it to the fan motor and it operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and temporary repair until I can get back with a replacement part. I am ordering the condenser fan and blade. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11127829 (motor-cond) and 1 W11204896 (BLADE-FAN)"

"Arrived onsite for the washer shutting down in the middle of a cycle. Mr also stated the washer selector switch won’t always respond. I checked stored error codes and had a 27 - water left in the tub with the lid open for more than 15 minutes, 15 - thermistor error, 3 - motor error, and a 26 - out of balance error. I tested the thermistor and had 45K ohms at 80 degrees which is good. I checked the connection at the control for the motor and it was good. I ran a speed wash and the unit worked as designed. I could not get the unit to fail. I checked the connections at the motor and the capacitor. I tested the capacitor and it showed 50mf. The customer stated that sometimes when this happens they unplug the unit and plug it back in to get it to work. I went over unbalanced loads with the customer and explained what these can cause. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no ice condition. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=44 & FC=13. Tested the unit in diagnostics and checked the ice maker for error codes in test 59 and found no error codes. Check harvest mode in test 57 and the ice maker harvested as designed, but no ice came out of it. I tested the fill tube in test 45 ad I could hear the valve come on, but no water was flowing into the ice tray. Checked fill tube heater and the tube was frozen. Also found a large mass of ice under the right pantry drawer ad a large puddle of water under t(e left pantry drawer. It appears that the RC evaporator drain tube is clogged. I am ordering the fill tube heater. Customer will defrost ice from pantry drawer section.. ; ordrng 1 W10760808 (heater) and 1 W10836964 (pan-drip)"
