Unit ran diagnostics properly with no errors but would not start a normal cycle as the ui would shut off as soon as you hit start or within 10 seconds of waking up ui. Unplugged unit for 1 minute and plugged back in. Unit is now cycling properly and all functions test good. Job complete

DRYER MAYTAG MED6630HC0 Arrived onsite for the dryer with long dry times. Me stated she had to run multiple cycles because the unit would say the clothes were done and they were very wet. I found the dryer cycling between 136-164 degrees and keeping a 150 degree average temperature. I did find the temp very slow to drop indicating some restriction in the house vent. I advised the home owner to call the contractor because this is a new build. I also found the dryer leaning to the rear keeping the clothing from touching the sensor bars. I adjusted the level of the unit so the clothes would contact the sensor bars. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW95HEDW0 "arrived on site to inspect washer with water in door gasket. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed error codes F5E2 and F8E3. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. At the end of diagnostics, there were no error codes and the unit operated as designed. I did find a large amount of suds in the unit while testing. Advised customer to cut back on detergent use. I found that there was some water still standing in the drain area of the bellow. Using my wet vac, I got the water out ad inspected the bellow and found a large amount of debris in the drain ports of the bellow. I cleared the debris ad then inspected the drain pump and found it to be clear. I vacuumed out the inside of the pump for any debris that I could not see. Ran the unit through diagnostics again and it operated as designed with no error codes showing. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

DRYER WHIRLPOOL RED4640YQ1 "arrived on site to inspect dryer with no operation. I found that the unit was plugged in and the breaker was good with 240V at the outlet and unit. I removed the back panel and found a large amount of lint debris on the element heater box and inside the unit. I checked ohms at the element, cutoffs, and fuse and found the fuse open. I removed the element to inspect and found the center plate cracked, but it was still showing to be good. I replaced the fuse and tested the unit and it operated as designed. Due to the center plate being cracked in the element, I am ordering an element and CNOTE LSO per customer request and scheduled return service for 02/27/19. I will return with the cutoffs and repair kit just in case. I vacuumed the lint from the back of the unit. ; ordrng 1 279838 (element,heater) and 1 CNOTE (LSO)"

I found the RC coil frosted up not allowing any air flow. I found the evaporator cover loos on the left side. I found the evaporator thermistor also loose. I defrosted the coil. I checked the Bach of the unit and found it sealed well. I tightened the clamp on the thermistor, wrapped it in foil tape, and secured with a tie wrap. I installed the evaporator cover correctly. I tested the unit and it is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete."
