"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that since they replaced the water filter, the unit makes loud noises that last a while and the ice bin is difficult to get out. I removed the ice bin and it functioned normally. I found the bin full of ice. I tested the ice maker and it operated as designed. I could hear the condenser fan and evaporator fan operating as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the damper control, condenser fan, compressor and evaporator fan and all parts are functioning properly with no abnormal noises. When I opened the FC door, I found condensation on the top of the FC door gasket. When I went to pull the upper basket out, it gave some resistance and resistance when pushing it back in. I checked the leveling of the unit and found it slightly tilted forward and then checked the leveling feet and found they were not down. I tested the RC door operations and when I opened the right door to approximately 45 degrees, it continued to swing open. I advised the customer of my findings and leveled the unit. Tested door operations and all but the FC drawer are closing properly. Using some grease from my van stock (WP542638), i placed some on the rails of the upper basket and on the lower bin where the basket slides. Retested the FC door operations and it is opening and closing as designed. Based off the customers description and my findings, I believe either the deli drawer of the FC door were left opened and ice built up on the evaporator and hitting thr evap fan. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and contact our office if the noise returned. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. WP542638 from van stock"

Arrived on site to test the unit for a complaint of not washing. Tested the unit and found that it fills with water but does not circulate. Checked voltage at the wash motor and confirmed it was receiving the correct voltage. Replaced the sump and motor. Tested the unit and found it operating properly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for washer not advancing in cycle . Customer says is periodically and has to lift and close lid couple times and then washer will start back up. Found lid switch failing at times . Replaced switch WP8318084. Wash is consistently starting and operating normally now . No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

Arrived on site for unit shacking really bad. Inspected unit and found units suspension was completely shot. Replaced suspension and tested. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to job completed

Arrived on site for unit bake not heating. Upon arrival inspected unit tested voltage and confirmed 240 at unit. Checked resistance at element got ol bad element. Replaced element and tested noticed control led only showing half numbers so Replaced control as well. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. Arrived on site for lound dryer . Found belt pullye squealing. Rollers and felt in good shape . Replaced pulley fro kit 4392065. Cleaned lint out . Dryer is heating and sounding normal. Job complete

Arrived on site for dryer tearing cloths. On arrival customer provided some laundry that showed signs of wear. Inspected inside of drum and asm and did find the drum is gapping from back bulkhead. Found some textured areas on front bulk head where paint is peeling and hardening from the heat. Will need findings reported to techline for next steps.

Replaced actuator wpw10006355 and tested unit found washer working as designed with no leaks. No one was available to sign and I couldn't reach the customer by phone after repair Call complete

Airshow on site to test unit for loud noise. Found belt was slipping. Replaced idler and rollers using repair kit(4392067). Noise is no longer present. Job complete.

"I arrived on site for control panel (UI) not functioning. Tested unit and could not find any issues. Spoke to customer and found that customer believed the UI was supposed to stay on continuously. Notified customer that UI will dim to sleep mode until prompted. Demonstrated how UI responds and how information like set temps, filter status etc were accessed. Unit is functioning properly.
