"Arrived on site (Unit 3106) to test unit WRS315SDHM13 for intermittent water dispensing. Upon arrival customer stated water will dispense at times and then stop. Tested dispenser and found full water pressure present at time of service. Suspected frozen reservoir causing intermittent restriction. Verified RC temperature set correctly and air return clear. Inspected evaporator compartment and found ice buildup present. Cycled ice maker and observed fill funnel leaking, allowing water to migrate and freeze along the air channel, disrupting airflow and causing cold air to settle in the RC and freeze the water reservoir. Sealed around fill funnel using silicone (W10841140) to eliminate leak. Retested ice maker and dispenser operation, no further leaking observed and airflow restored. Customer also stated that someone came out and did a repair; they tilted the unit back and found the wiring harness had been cut (butt spliced in two spots). Removed old harness and installed new wiring harness W11643701. Ran machine through auto test; it filled, agitated, drained, and spun. Advised customer that when using the bulky setting for blankets, ensure they are not oversized or single-loaded, as this can cause imbalance and prevent draining/spinning. Unit working as intended. Voltage is 252 and each side has 126 to common. Confirmed timer sending out voltage on Lt blue wire. Got 126v going to switch. Blue wire out of switch does not have same voltage. "WFGS3530RS0. Customers stated that the oven would ignite, but the gas would not light. It would just click and then shut off. Verified issue: pulled out storage drawer and it was stacked full of baking sheets, which were touching the electrode, causing it to ground. Removed several of the baking sheets. Tested oven and it lit immediately multiple times. Oven is working as intended. Advised customer not to put baking sheets above the top of the storage drawer. This will cause interference with that electrode, causing it not to light. no gas.Leaks detected at time of service"

Customer clarified that the unit wasn't tripping as soon as they started it, they would try to start cycles and found breaker was tripped. Dishes were dry / clean, which likely indicates the breaker is tripping between uses. This has been going on for some time, but breaker won't even reset now. I tested the unit in a different outlet / breaker and had no issues running unit. I ran through full diagnostic and verified proper operation. This is an indication that the breaker itself is bad, and needs replacement. Customer instructed to run the unit on an extension cord, and follow up if the breaker tripped. "Arrived on site to follow up on washer Wtw5000dw1 with banging / leaking gearcase. I removed the gearcase with a hammer and replaced with new W11454734. Suspension was replaced with new W11130362. Washplate has to be broken off and was replaced with new W10752283, and hub with new W10538947. While working on the bottom end I found the belt had stretched and was no longer tight enough to hold onto the splutch, and had left black marks on the splutch. I replaced them with new WPW10006384 belt, and W10721967 Splutch. I calibrated the unit and ran a test cycle. Verified all items working as designed, and no water leaks were present. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to inpsect dishwasher model MDB8959SKZ1 ui not functioning. Upon further inspection, I removed the outer door and found that the ui had shorted from moisture entering the control. I found that the vent gasket was misshapen and allowing moisture to escape through the vent. I adjusted the gasket and adjusted the plastic vent contact which was also misshapen. I replaced the ui control and the panel due to the overlay lifting. I reassembled and tested the unit and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site to follow up on washer WFW6605MW1 that was not draining / spinning. Tested unit and found washer rocking when spinning up. Found front right foot was not fully down, and unit was rocking as a result. I adjusted the foot to keep the unit from rocking. Ran again and found no abnormal vibration. Unit had no saved error codes. Issue looks like it is stemming from heavy loads banging / vibrating and unit stopping the cycle as a result. Customer also advised on load sizes. Unit did have a small amount of gyration. If issue gets worse, recommend replacing all 4 shocks. At this time did not find any faults or failures. Call completed."

I checked voltage and found proper voltage and polarity. I gained access to the heating circuit and found the thermal cutoff open. I checked the heater and found the element showing continuity, but the element not showing continuity to the heater housing. I went to replace the thermal cut-off and found the bag that held the cut off in it was torn and did not have the thermal cutoff in it. Arrived on site for washer not filling with enough water. Ran diagnostics and found no error codes. Ran automatic test and all passed. I dividually tested each valve. They are both working. Advised customer these are low water washers. Designed to save water. It is normal for clothes to stick out pass water level. Advised to use less soap. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave WML55011HS09 that the light / blower were not working. Customer said a bit later, both functions had returned to normal operation. I tested the unit and found no issues present. Customer had cleaned the unit with some dish soap, which may have left a film or moisture on the touch pad. No other issues present. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave oven combo KOEC527PSS01 with poor results from popcorn setting. Tested unit with a bag of customers popcorn, which is a 'mini' bag. Customer had this same issue with the last oven that was exchanged. I ran the popcorn setting and found minimal popping, and function completed. Bag had barely poofed up, and did not open. Ran on normal, and found popping much quicker. I called tech line, *22225716*. Techline advised to use the regular cook function, since the smaller bag may not be generating enough moisture and humidity for the sensor to read. I advised customer to try with a full sized bag and follow up if the results are the same. No parts replaced at this time."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. On arrival confirmed issue and after further inspection I found W11686799 Fill tube, w11087201 heater both broken. During testing, I also found that the water valve would not allow any water out to the ice maker. I replaced the water valve w 11482383. I rescheduled customer for 01.20.26 two install fill tube and heater. ; ordrng 1 W11686799 (Filltube)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer WCD3090JW0 noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like the motor. I turned the unit on and when it began to cycle, the noise came on and it sounded like it was coming from the left back corner. Due to the amount of work space provided (tiny home), I researched the parts breakdown and technical manual and found that the drain pump assembly is located in the back left corner. The second tech and I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and I removed the cover to gain access to the pump. Retested the unit and when the noise came on, I could press on the pump and the noise would change. I reassembled the unit and advised the customer of our findings. I am ordering the drain pump assembly, motor, blower wheel and water level sensor. Office to schedule return service and the unit was left unplugged for safety. No lint observed during service ; ordrng 1 W11516811 (Pump assembly) and 1 W11527199 (Water level sensor) and 1 W11519731 (Motor) and 1 W11519690 (Blower wheel)"

I found out from customer unit drains but leaves the clothes wet, customer also stated sometimes it won't go past the wash cycle, I found the cold valve side to be clogged and not have good flow, also due to the service pointer for this unit a control replacement is also needed as it could be the cause of this issue. Arrived onsite for washer WET4027HW2 drain pump continuing to run. Inspected and found stored error code f3e1 pressure system failure. Checked pressure hose and was clear. Replaced control W11629601. Calibrated and tested unit. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for door issue. I found the left hand side spring had come off. I was able to reattach the spring and opened the door multiple times to ensure the spring locked into position. Spring is holding good and the door now operates as designed. No leaks. Call complete. No parts.

"Arrived on site for electric dryer model LE6098XTW0 that won't heat. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised unit tumbles but does not heat. Confirmed complaint and checked voltage: proper voltage and polarity to unit, no drops during operation. Accessed heating circuit; found thermal cut-off W10832024 open, but other components in good condition. Heater showed continuity, but no continuity between element and housing. Ordered thermal cut-off W10832024 and rescheduled customer to 1/20. No parts installed.; ordrng 1 279769 (Thermal cut off)"

Arrived on-site for washing machine model MVWP586GW0 that continually drains and won't advance. Inspected unit and work area. Customer stated machine continually drains and will not advance through any portion of the cycle. Ran diagnostics and found F1 E1 (main control failure) and F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error codes. Checked pressure hose; no kinks or debris found. Replaced main control W11657965 and tested unit. Unit operated as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect range WFES3530RS0 tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they attempted to use the oven and approximately 1 minute into use, the breaker tripped. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the terminal block and found the power cord harness wires twisted around each other at the block. I corrected the harness and removed the ground and cycled power at the breaker which was tripped. I found the breaker to be a Square D 40amp GFCI breaker. I performed a burnout out on Bake at 500 degrees with the ground removed. During this process, I tested voltage at the block (242V), and tested amp draw to the Bake (10amps) and Broil (14amps) elements. The unit completed the burnout and I allowed the unit to cool while I reconnected the ground. I performed another burnout on Bake at 500 degrees with the ground reconnected and the unit completed the burnout and the unit continued to operate for approximately 30 minutes afterwards. I contacted techline and spoke to Lakey and advised of the complaint, my findings, and repairs. Lakey provided Case #22233585. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose WRS571CIHZ04 refrigerator not dispensing ice. On arrival customer provided a bag full of broken off parts. Found the base mounting plate had ruptured, and the coupler had 2 broken teeth on it. The ice bin coupler was also very loose and the auger arm was wiggling around. This caused the couplers to twist and break the mounting plate. Ordering new mounting plate to be replaced with bin, and icemaker as well. Bail arm is not moving in several instances causing no ice production. Set return for 1/20. ; ordrng 1 W11573761 (Mounting Plate)"

"Arrived on site for washer, not completing cycles. On arrival, confirmed failure and upon further inspection I found f8e1. After further testing, I found that, at first a water valve seemed to work o k.But once it started filling for more than twenty minutes, the cold side valve was getting weaker and weaker. Because the valve is felling.Intermittently, it will cause the washer not to go into agitation or final spin at random. I'm ordering W11038689 valve.
