Using a dryer vent test kit from my van (W11224254), I tested the airflow and the unit failed three times. I removed the vent hose from the unit and tested again and it passed. I ran the unit for approximately ten mins and noticed the timer never advanced. I removed and replaced the timer and tested and the unit operated as designed. I advised the customer of the repairs and that the vents need to be checked. No lint observed during service, job completed."

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WGD6400SG0 Arrived onsite for the dryer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I found no voltage on the harness to the gas valve. Upon further inspection I found the vent hose off and the unit pushed back against it chocking the air flow off. I found the thermal fuse and the high limit both open. I replaced both parts and tested the dryer. The dryer is working as designed. I advised the house manager not to push the dryer back any further because it will cause the hose to come off or get choked off again. I advised the manager and showed her how to take the roller out of the track on the left door to open and close the swinging door. The two parts replaced were almost the exact amount of the ignitor so the quote is still good. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, placed the unit in diagnostics and the unit began to show an error code beginning with F0, but it cleared. I continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I tested spin and agitate in manual mode and it appeared that the basket was not spinning at the correct RPM’s. I tilted the unit back and found a large amount of gearcase oil debris on the rotor, drain pump and the chassis panels. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the gearcase, valve and will return with the clutch. Also ordering a CNOTE-LSO per customer request. No water leaks observed during service. Cleared the codes and manually tested the drain pump test 008. The drain pump did not come on and sounded as if something was stuck in it. I drained the remaining water from the unit with my wet vac and removed the drain pump to find burn/suet on the housing and the wire to a paper clip inside the pump. I replaced the pump and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed, but the gearcase is very loud. While removing the drain pump, I found gearcase oil on the rotor. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. I’m ordering the gearcase and clutch and CNOTE AUTHORIZATION, CNOTE-LSO per customer request. I scheduled return service for 03/25/19. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRMF706ESS00 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. I checked temps in the RC=40 and FC=6 and while checking temps in the FC I found that the FC door gasket was gapped in the top left and right corners. I attempted to correct it using my heat gun but was unable to. Also, I adjusted the door brackets to allow the door to close evenly. Also found that the FC top bin drawer was badly warped and was causing the door to not be able to close all the way. I tested the ic emailer in diagnostics ad in test 56 it showed no error codes. The ice maker passed all tests. I found that the ic shin door gasket is badly creased and was unable to correct it. I am ordering the ice bin door, upper freezer bin drawer, and the FC door and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. I advised the customer that it would take approximately 6-8 weeks to get the door in at which time the office will call and schedule the return service. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRMF706ESS01 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. I tested temps in the RC=38 and FC=3 degrees. Tested ice maker in diagnostics and before I could test, the ice maker began to harvest, but no water dispensed into the tray at the end. I removed the water line and found it to be blocked with ice. I removed the ice maker housing and found the fill tube heater not making contact with the fill tube causing the tube to freeze. Using some foil tape, I secured the heater to the tube and tested the ice maker again. Unit operated as designed. Also, I found that the water line at the back of the unit kinked and the drain tube was gapped. I reshaped the water line and using manufacturers approved silicone, I sealed the drain tube. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No charge due to the occurring issue (no ice) was due to previous repair."

I found the upper oven cycling between 323-366 leaving the oven with a 345 degree average. I found the convection fan staying on constantly and not cycling causing product to burn. I checked the lower oven and found the sensor good. I found the temp cycling between 355-397 degrees. I put a -30 degree offset in the oven.
