Arrived onsite for the dishwasher that is not heating during the wash cycle. I checked for stored error codes and found none. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. The unit was drawing 7.70 amps during the wash cycle and 9.4 amps at the start of the drying cycle. I went over detergent and rinse aid use with the customer because there was no rinse aid present in the dispenser. Mr stated that the issue was only happening in the normal cycle and the issue was the machine was shutting off after the soap dispenser opened. Mr stated the unit works fine in the heavy cycle. Mr stated there was no issue with heating. I ran the normal cycle to test the unit. The unit went thru prewash, drained, the pump started, and the detergent door opened. The machine continued to run and worked as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site and found damaged door gasket. Replaced door gasket. Tested and found unit still leaking over tub lip and onto floor. Adjusted seal and corrected issue. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for customer complaint of washer not completing cycles. Ran diagnostics and found error code F9E1 (Long Drain). Tilted unit and removed drain pump. Found nail stuck in drain pump motor fins. Removed obstruction and tested unit. Unit now drains but house drain overflows. Advised that customer will need to have house drain checked by plumber. No other issues found on washer. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Did note the homeowner using organic soap which can cause odor issues when washing with cold water. Advised homeowner on best soaps and cycles to run for best results. "arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the FC door gasket. Using my heat gun, I shaped the gasket before putting it on then shaped it some more after placing it on the door. Checked for any gaps and found none. Advised the customer to leave the freezer door closed for approximately 6 hours to allow the gasket to shape to the unit and seal. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the unit and it was 64 degrees. Checked amp draw from compressor and got .66amps and it was very hot to the touch. Checked evaporator and found frost on the upper left side. Advised the customer of my findings and that it would need a sealed system completed due to either a leak in the system or restriction. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect microwave sparking. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and could immediately hear the magnetron making a loud humming noise and the diode was burning. I pulled the unit from the wall and removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor and diode. Tested the unit and it operated as designed. Placed the unit back on the wall and tested again and it operated as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose fridge not making ice. Checked temps and found 10 degs in ice room and 8 degs in frz. Customer mentioned that ice thawed in container, dumped ice and never made ice again. Ran diags and found E5 error code, indicating timed ice making. Accessed frz evap and found two coils on evap with no frost. Sealed system issue, refrigerant leak. Customer will need ff evap, adaptor for ice room to prevent frost, new ice maker, drier and access valve and two hour repair. Office to get AUTHO and R/S with customer.
