"arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and immediately could hear the rattling/vibration noise. I disassembled the unit and using sealant pads from my van stock (W11113654) I placed the pads in between the blower housing and collar, between the housing and the bottom panel, around where the blower housing and the exhaust pipe connect and around where the exhaust pipe and the back panel. Reassembled the unit and tested and the unit still had a rattle/vibration. I advised the customer that I would have to order more pads as I did not have anymore to finish the repair. "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not completing cycles. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F8E3, F8E2, F3E2, & F6E4. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit filled and began to wash. Towards the end of testing the drain pump came on but sounded as if it were struggling and it did not drain all of the water. I found a small amount of suds in the tub as well. I felt the drain pump and the motor was getting hot due to overworking itself. I checked ohms to the float switch and it was good. At the end of testing the element came on and showed 7-9amps. The unit continued to show F3E2 at the end of testing. I removed and replaced the OWI sensor, the main control and drain pump and retested. The unit operated as designed with no error codes in the end. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found ice buildup on FC evaporator. Performed diagnostics mode and found defrost sensor opened. Gained access to main control and tested heater circuit resistance and found around 40 k ohms (P8 pin 1 and 2 pink wires). Removed control and installed new. Performed diagnostics mode and tested defrost sensor and found control reading sensor. Activated defrost cycle and found unit defrosting. Tested temperature on heat and found high temperatures. All tested good, no water leaks detected."

Arrived onsite for the microwave that will not turn on and is dead. I found the upper interlock switches defective and the fuse open. I replaced the fuse and the upper interlock and switches. I tested the unit and found the capacitor shorting out at the top of it and it welded the dialed terminal to the capacitor. I replaced the diode and capacitor. I retested the unit and it is putting out 1000 watts and is working as designed. Call complete.
