"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit stopped cooling and the RC lights went out, but then came back on and is cooling now. I tested temps in the RC=41 degrees and the FC=11 degrees on factory temp settings. I found that the deli control light was off ad when I removed the control from the door I found a small amount of water in the cavity and corrosion on the control. I advised the customer of my findings and removed and replaced the deli control. Tested it and it is operating as designed. Both evaporators have good frost patterns on them and the unit is making good ice. Tested the unit in diagnostics and all components tested good. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect washer basket shaking out of control. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit suspension was bad as I pushed down on the basket and it bounced around. I inspected the rest of the unit then placed it in diagnostics showing no error codes. Unit operated as designed except the basket was “all over the place” during spin cycleI removed and replaced the suspension rods (4) and retested and the unit operated as designed. I advised the customer that parts/labor are warrantied for one year. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for range oven not working. Performed diagnostics mode and verified error code, F8-E0 low fan speed. Gained access to control to ohm motor windings and found at 105 ohms. Tested DC voltage at control and found faulty hall sensor with fan motor. Will need to replace complete cooling fan assembly. Gained access to cooling fan, removed failed fan and installed new. Assembled unit and tested operation. Tested all other functions and all tested good.

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking. Upon arrival customer informed that they have had nothing but issues with unit and would like me to call tech line. Tested and inspected unit and found massive ice buildup on RC evaporator. Called tech line and spoke with Andy (SR# 7725865464) Made aware of issues and history of unit and all that has already been done. Was instructed that there is nothing more I could do that has not already been done aside from looking for obvious air gaps. Looked for air gaps and found no obvious ones. No other repairs are to be done at this time. Instructed customer on keeping an eye on water leaks so as not to allow water damage.
