Upon further inspection, I found that the left RC door mullion was off track and the unit was not leveled. I adjusted the mullion and leveled the unit and the left RC door closes properly and seals now. Also found that the right RC door gasket was damaged at the left top corner flap. I am ordering the gasket and scheduled return service for 03/08/19. Using manufacturers approved silicone, I sealed the gapping in between the RC cabinet and chassis. Per Service pointer #W11329116, I will replace the RC Evap cover and main control and Whirlpool is covering the cost per this service pointer. Also, returning tech needs to seal the drain tube in the back of the unit and around the gaps between the cabinets and chassis and level the unit. I am ordering the main control and CNOTE-LSO per customer request. I will return with the Evap cover. No water leaks observed during service. I had the customer sign a waiver of damages when defrosting the refrigerator and advised the customer to pull the unit out from the wall and unplug it 24-48 hours prior to my return to allow the unit to defrost ad to place towels around the unit to soak up any water residue. ; ordrng 1 W11333076 (CONTROL)"

I didn’t see in TB’s notes that he ran a calibration after replacing the actuator. I ran a calibration on the control. I ran a manual high speed spin and made sure the leveling feet were good. The unit is working as designed. I went over detergent use with ms. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Upon arrival, I found that the unit had not been defrosted as there was a large block of ice on the RC Evap cover. Using my steamer, i removed the ice and Evap cover and found even more solid ice on the evaporator. I used my wet vac to vacuum the water from defrosting the ice. Once I had the ice removed, I found that the thermistor was incorrectly placed. I repositioned it and secured it with a zip tie and foil tape. Installed the new cap cover styrofoam ad tested the unit. All components are functioning as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
