"Arrived on site to inspect washer not getting water. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the unit makes a loud noise during the spin cycle, but it's getting water. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and manually tested the agitate and spin modes. The unit operated as designed in agitate mode, but once I tested the spin mode and the basket began to build up RPM's, a banging noise started as if there was something in between the tub or something loose under the unit. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found all components good. I could see inside the tub assembly and it appeared to be white plastic objects in the drain area. I removed the basket and found the drain pump filter had come un-installed and broken and due to it being tossed around by the basket, pieces of the bottom of the basket had broken off as well (photo). I inspected the tub for any damage and found a spot that was bulging outward. I tested the drain pump in diagnostics and it is operating as designed. I am ordering the tub, basket, drain pump filter and screw and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the parts. I found that the upper spray and middle spray are were not getting much water pressure. The bottom spray arm was operating fine. I replaced the pump and motor and tested the dishwasher again and found that the water pressure was improved howver there was a loss of water pressure due to a bad valve on the middle sprayer tub. I also found that the main spray manifold junction was warped and allowing water to flow out the back of the manifold. I replaced the manifold and tube, and the flow was improved. However, the middle spray arm would not rotate. I attempted to clean the spray arm however it was still not rotating. I replaced the middle spray arm and retested the dishwasher.
