"arrived on site to inspect wall oven error code. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display with error code F1E0-UI panel failure. When I cleared that code, F2E1-shorted/stuck keypad error appeared I followed the tech sheet and it recommended to replace the UI panel. After clearing the codes, I tested on Bake at 350 degrees. Before the unit could reach 100 degrees preheat, the unit shut off and showed F1E0 again. I removed and replaced the UI panel and instructions showed to replace the sensor only if it’s 2 inches or shorter. I measured the sensor and it is just over 3 inches. Tested the unit and it operated as designed. Job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer showed me a picture of where the water was coming from as the floor was dry at this time. It appears the water is coming from the left side of the unit. While looking underneath the unit from the front, I could see that the drain pan was dry ad the drain tube was barely dripping. I took the back cover off and removed the drain tube. I found a small amount of oxidation of the port going to the FC evaporator. I took the tube to the customers sink and ran some water through it and found that the tube is clogged. I blew water through the tube and a lot of debris came out of the tube. I continued to run hot water through the tube and blew the remaining debris out as the water flowed freely. There was rust evidence of some sort of leak on the bottom of the chassis just below the drain tube. It appears that the tube ding clogged was allowing the water from the e

"Arrived on site. Checked refrigerator for not cooling properly in the refrigerator section. Found fresh food evaporator encased in ice. Tested thermistors through diagnostics. Electronics are miscommunicating temperature readings and ice has been causing fan to not run properly. Will need user interface, hv control, evap fan and evap cover to repair unit. Informed customer that unit will have to be unplugged and thawed out for a full 24 hours prior to return service so that evaporator can be accessed safely without damaging refrigerant lines.

"Arrived on site for washer making sounds. Customer explained it has a dryer with a bad belt but not currently making sound last couple of loads. Per diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found fault code F7-E9 lock rotor and F2-E1. Performed encoder test and all passed. Performed diagnostics mode and ran high speed spin, found unit unleveled. Gained access to stator and gear-case. Found abnormal wear and tear on rotor. Inspected clutch and found normal. Replaced rotor and performed calibration cycle. Tested unit in normal operation. All tested good, no water leaks present."
