"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door not closing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit was recently delivered and the doors had to be removed to get it into the home. I found that the unit is not level/squared and the RC doors were not reinstalled correctly. I loosened the left RC door hinge and installed it properly then did the same with the right door. After attempting to level the unit, I found that the right RC door would not close on its own. When the installers removed the door, they did not remove it at a 90 degree angle and the door closer was not in the proper position. I had to remove the bottom hinge and reposition the door closer. I reinstalled the hinge and door and it closes properly. I leveled the unit with shims and tested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The washer is in a drain pan which is tied to a drain and must be removed in order to work on the dryer. If the customer can remove the washer so that we can do the dryer repair we can go back.
