"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit had been serviced recently and since it has not heated/dried the dishes. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E1. I cleared the code and continued with testing. I removed the toeplate and tested amps at the black wire at the junction box using my multimeter. I find that the right connection to the element was not connected fully. I reconnected it and continued with testing. Customer advised that the unit heated very well before the recent repair. When it came time for the element to come on, the amp reading was 7-9amps (photo). I advised that the connection could’ve possibly been unplugged when installing the sump/motor assembly or the incoming water was too cold for the unit and it shut the element off as a safety. The unit operated as designed.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have not used the ice maker in approximately one year. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker and it failed. I found a large amount of corrosion debris on the bottom at the back of the motor housing and on the mount. Also found the plastic cracked at the back of the motor housing. I removed and replaced the ice maker and water filter and the ice maker began to harvest and dispense water into the tray. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I removed and replace the water valve at the back of the unit, the water line from the valve to the filter housing, filter housing, reservoir, tubing from water box valve to hinge, and tubing from hinge to dispenser. Tested the water dispenser and water continued to make a long drip after dispensing water. I sprayed silicone on ever water line connection and allowed to sit and the retested the water dispenser and it continued to have a long drip after dispensing. I contacted Techline and spoke to Chris and got disconnected. I called back and spoke to Kathy and advised of my repairs and issues and she advised that the customer would have to wait at least a second for the control to close the valve then removed their cup. Provided File #7725927576. I advised the customer of techlines recommendations. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. As previously diagnosed, I removed and replaced the dual valve at the water box and the damper control. Tested the water dispenser and the valve continued to chatter but not as loud. I found that the incoming water line was not completely secured on the valve at theBack of the unit. Retested after tightening and still had chatter. I contacted Techline and spoke to Chris and advised the issue. Chris recommenced ordering a reducer as pointed it in service pointer #W10790000A. Provided File #7725926030. I am ordering the reducer kit and pex water tubing. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 8212547RP (tube-water) and 1 W10786952 (valve)"

"(DZ) Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher with some water being left after cycles, and possible no heat condition. Performed diagnostics and found no error codes present. Verified that the heater is coming on and staying at full temp. Found that customer is not using rinse aid, resulting in poor drying.
