"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested the temps in the FC=0 degrees, RC=31 degrees. Customer advised that the light in the FC section won’t come on and sometimes the ice cream will be soft and then it gets hard again. Also, they’ve had food freeze in the RC section. I tested the damper and the motor was loud. When I removed the damper cover, I found it open when it was supposed to be closed. Due to the intermittent temps in the FC section, I removed and replaced the main control and the damper. Programmed the control ad tested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I leveled the unit as well."

I found the dispenser solenoid had gotten hot and the top of the dispenser housing over the coil broke causing rinse aid to leak out of the arm. I replaced the dispenser and tested the unit. I found the dispenser solenoid energized and soon as the unit started filling and energized the entire time at the beginning of the cycle meaning the control triac has failed. "Arrived onsite for the cooktop that continues to click when the RR burner is used and doesn’t click all the time when the RF burner is used. I found the main ignition module not sensing the flame because the burner orifice and the head is dirty. I found a defective ignition wire on the RF burner causing it to ground out on the chassis and not light correctly every time. The orifice on the RR burner will need to be cleaned and the ignition harness will need to be replaced. ordrng 1 C-NOTES (TECH TO INSPECT HARNESS) and 1 W10507834 (HARNS-WIRE)"

"arrived on site to inspect washer with water in dispenser. Upon further inspection, I placed it in diagnostics showing error code F8E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed and there was minimal water in the dispenser. Due to the error code, I checked the hose connections, the valves, the valve screens, the sensor tube and the sensor and all checked good. I ran the unit though diagnostics two more times and both times there was approximately 1/4 inch water in the bleach dispenser area. I contacted Techline and spoke to Kurt and advised of my findings. Kurt recommended to replace the dispenser due to possible calcium buildup in the water line ports which are causing the water to be directed to the wrong areas of the dispenser. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice clumping. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees & RC=43 degrees. Customer advised that there is frost on the front of the ice bin and the ice will melt and freeze in one clump. I tested the ice door and it operated as designed. I found that the temp setting was too low and when the fc door was opened, frost built up on the ic bin door and on the sides of the fc door. The temp setting in the room was 72, meter showing 76 in front of the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and it’s operating as designed. I leveled the unit and put the settings at factory recommendations. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Performed diagnostics only error code stored was f0E3 (overload error). I instructed on load size (advise normal should be used for cotton and other mixed blend fabrics) cycle selection vs the load per the use and care guide. I advised normal should not be used for large loads, recommend tenant use deep water water wash or other specialty cycles per the use and care guide. I also instructed on soap usage, advised washer was a low water consumption model and less soap should used typically 1/2 of what the bottle is calls for. I also advised pods should be used full loads due to the soap concentrations."
