DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT730PAHZ0 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that water was dripping from the front of the unit. I opened the unit door and checked the rinse aid dispenser dial and found it set at max (4). I removed the toe plate and could not find any evidence of leaking. I placed the unit in diagnostics and it showed no error codes. During testing, I find a large amount of rinse aid residue in the tub. The unit operated as designed with no leaks. I felt the e the doors at the bottom of the door and felt a damp spot. I advised the customer that due to the rinse aid dial being turned to max, the unit dispensed too much rinse aid causing too much suds and the suds pushed the water over the reservoir at the bottom of the door in the tub. Made recommendations of detergent use and tips for use & care for the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

OVEN KITCHENAID KEBK101SSS04 Arrived onsite for the oven not heating correctly again. I tested the oven set at 350 degrees in bake mode and found both broil elements working correctly but the temp not rising like it should with the bake element energized. When the oven reached 329 degrees and just the bake element was energized the unit would not get any hotter. I tested the bake element from the control and found the circuit open. I pulled the oven and tested the bake element where the wire harness attaches to verify and found it open. I quoted customer for parts $104.83 + tax. I replaced the bake element and tested the oven. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.
