"arrived on site to inspect washer unbalanced. Upon further inspection, I found the unit upstairs and sitting in a drain pan. I tested the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E9, F0E5 & F0E3. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed with no unusual noises or vibration (unbalanced). I tilted the unit back and found where the rotor has been rubbing against the drain pan and leveling feet all the way up. The rubbing and off balance load explains the F7E9 error code. I lowered the feet and leveled the unit and tested again. Unit operated as designed. I recalibrated the unit. No water leaks observed during service. I explained my findings to the customer and made recommendations for use and care. Job completed."
