"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit did not have rinse aid in the dispenser and the home is connected to a water softener and osmosis system (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. The unit operated as designed. During testing, I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw. The motor showed up to 1amp and during wash the element showed 7-9amps and during heating it showed 7-9amps (photos). I contacted Techline and spoke to JK ad advised him of my findings. JK advised to tell the customer to run the hot water at the kitchen faucet until the hot water gets to 120 degrees, then select Heavy Duty wash with Sani Rinse, Heated Dry and Hi Temp Wash ad at the end of the cycle, open the door and allow it to air dry as well. Also, customer has to use rinse aid. In doing all of this, the unit will operate to its design. Provided File #77257212

"arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning/agitating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code E5-inverter machine board. I recently replaced the water valve and inverter machine board due to same issue as today. I cleared the code and tested the unit. The unit dispensed water but would not agitate or spin. I reprogrammed the control and still the same results. I removed and replaced the inverter machine board and programmed it to the unit. Tested the unit on Rinse/Spin and the unit operated as designed. I tested in diagnostics and again it operated as designed. I checked for error codes and it was blank. I advised the customer that the previous control board that they provided was bad. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit filled up completely with water and then the unit door blew open causing the water to go all over the home. I found the unit unplugged with the water turned off. I removed the front panel and inspected the motor control and found where the sensor/valve connector had corrosion on the wiring and the control had oxidation that caused the control to short and caused the valve and sensor to short. In doing this, the valve remained opened and water continuously flowed through the valve into the tub and the sensor being shorted as well, did not sense that there was too much water in the drum to engage the drain pump to pump the water and out and the pressure from the water caused the door to break the lock and spill into the home. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that to complete the repair, the unit will need the motor control, sensor, valve,

Upon further inspection, I found the UI display blacked out and no functions, but the microwave light and oven light would come on when the doors opened.
