"arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part(s). I removed and replaced the thermal fuse and turned the power back on and the unit powered up. I tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. The unit never heated. I removed the unit from the wall and tested the TOD and it was open. Using part #WP4449751 from my van stock, I removed and replaced the TOD and retested. The unit began to heat and when it got warm en ugh for the cooling fan to come on, I could hear the fan making a metal on metal rubbing noise and then the fan stopped altogether. I removed ad replaced the cooling fan and retested and the unit operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect ice machine with no power. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not responding to the power button being pressed. The customer advised that they have an external drain pump and the unit was making too much ice. Also, when We opened the door to the unit, I found a large amount of water in the tub. Using my wet vac, I removed the water from the unit and pulled it out ad when I began to pull the unit off it, it came on ad began to fill the reservoir. I unplugged the reservoir and found that the drain pump is pumping, but it’s also leaking water. I removed and replaced the external drain pump and retested and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for the washer that will not agitate. Ms stated the drain pump keeps running and she has to unplug the unit to get it to reset and unlock the lid. I checked stored error codes and found an F8E1, F0E3, & F2E1. I found the hot water side of the fill valve not opening causing the long fill and I suspect suds getting left in the pressure hose when ms tries to restart it causing the drain pump to continue running. I found nothing wrong with the console and went over loading with ms to prevent the overload error. The fill valve needs to be replaced.. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Arrived onsite for the ice machine not making ice. Ms stated that it makes ice with no issues except it makes to much ice and comes out of the door when it’s open. Ms had the unit off when I arrived. I tested the bin thermistor resistance at 76 degree room temp and had 2.75K ohms which is in range. I ran diagnostics and the unit is working as designed. I tested the bin thermistor in ice water and it showed 8.1K ohms so the thermistor is working as designed. I explained to ms that it could be the main control or it could have just been a bad connection. Ms is going to try the unit again and call back if it is overfilling with ice and she will leave it on until we get here. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water and frost build up in the freezer. Upon further inspection, I found that the water barely came out when being dispensed. Using my multimeter, I tested temps in the FC=11 degrees & RC=40 degrees on manufacturers recommended settings. I f undo a small amount of frost/ice built up in the front section of the FC section near the light/switch. When I went to close the FC door, I had to use some force to do so. I found the unit was not level and the doors do not close properly. I removed the filter and placed a bypass in its place and tested the water dispenser. The water came out in a nice hard stream. I advise the customer they would need to purchase a new filter. I left the bypass in the filters place until the customer could get a another filter. "arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer turned the unit on and I could hear a faint vibration noise as it got louder as the unit warmed up. I disassembled the unit and found the blower wheel harness using and exhaust pipe were loose. Using the sealant pads prescreened for this call, I placed some of the pad in between the collar and blower housing and installed an extra screw to help secure the collar to the housing. I placed a pad in between the housing and the bottom panel and then placed the remaining pads around the exhaust pipe at the connection to the blower housing and connection to the back panel. Retested the unit and the vibration noise was gone. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No lint observed during service, job completed."
