"arrived on site to inspect oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not heating and it constantly comes unplugged. The unit is installed under the cooktop ad is plugged in in the cabinet to its right behind the pull out trash can drawer. I tested temps using my multimeter and placing the thermal lead in the middle of the center rack. Tested on Bake mode at 350 degrees. My temp reading at preheat was 408. My next few readings were 409, 299, 373, 343, 367 for an average of 358 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and due to recent issues fund with the control panel and issue ps with temps now, I removed and replaced the control panel and retested. Unit operated as designed. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with a no ice condition and the FC door not closing after the movers moved it. Mr also stated the unit started making ice again after the filter was changed but it slowed down the last few days. Mr also gave me a plastic piece that was laying in one of the drawers and he didn’t know where it went. I found the FC door not installed correctly and not connected to the bottom of the rail on the left side. I installed the plastic cover over the deli drawer molex connector. I tested the ice maker and found it working as designed with no stored errors. The FC was frosted over and the temp was border line to make the ice maker harvest. I explained to mr this was caused by the door not sealing. I installed the door correctly and the gasket seals properly and the door works as designed. I explained to mr that the ice maker would start harvesting correctly after the unit goes thru defrost. The unit is working as designed.

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with rust spots. I found the refrigerator with surface rust on all of the doors. I spoke with ms on how they were cleaning the doors and found out they were using a Clorox multi surface cleaner. I explained to me that this is pulling the oils out of the sheet metal causing the rust issues. I cleaned the rust from the doors with Affresh SS brightener and I polished the doors with a SS polish. I took pics of the doors after they were finished. I showed ms and explained that this needed to be done to keep the doors looking good and not rust. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher vibrating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the entire countertop would vibrate while the dishwasher was in use. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed and while testing, I felt the countertop and it was normal vibration and the customer confirmed it was what he was feeling. I ran the auto diagnostics cycle and the unit worked as designed. I found no water leaks present at the time of service. I did find where water and detergent had leaked out of the vent. I explained to them that this is caused from to much detergent and I advised to run a clean washer cycle. I did find the short hose off the wall valve to the splitter and the splitter in bad shape. Upon further inspection, I found that the compliant was that the oven was not mounted correctly and the screw had slipped through the mounting hole. The unit was located below the cooktop. I pulled the unit and found the main power harness was wedged behind the unit keeping it from being pushed back all the way. I was able to get the harness out of the way and the unit pushed back all the way and both mounting screws back in and the unit secured. No mechanical issues with this unit. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose unit not making ice at times. Found proper temps in all compartments. Customer informed me that when it fails, the cubes are being harvested and can see them above the ice maker stuck. Found fill Tube partially restricted with ice and allowing smaller than normal cubes to form and causing ice maker to not harvest properly. Air in the system for a unit this new is the number one culprit and could find water seeping by the valve. Removed ice and Informed customer repair to monitor unit. Called source, spoke w/ Andy, who agrees air in the system make cause water to drip to ice maker when it shouldn’t and cause this issue but since I couldn’t detect water seeping by, it might have removed all air from system and work fine after removing ice. Valve may need replaced if issue persists. File#7725350766."

"Arrived onsite for the refrigerator not cooling and the ice maker not working. I found the unit cooling but not getting cold enough in the top or the RC and the top of the FC. I found a shelf had fallen blocking off the intake to the evaporator. I removed the shelf and tested. I found the evaporator motor not running because the shaft was frozen in ice. I removed the ice and the fan worked as designed. I found the filter housing stopped up causing no water to the ice maker and dispenser. The fill valve could be an issue also. I explained to me that they needed to get a new filter and we could install it on the return visit. Ordering c-notes, WPW10179146 VALVE-INLT, & W11162042 HOUSING.; ordrng 1 C-NOTES (NEED PARTS AUTHORIZATION ) and 1 W11162042 (HOUSING) and 1 WPW10179146 (VALVE-INLT)"

"arrived on site to inspect range oven not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the oven is not igniting, but he could hear the “pop” from the control but nothing would happen. I pulled the broiler drawer out and found a large amount of pans inside. I removed some and then removed the oven bottom panel and tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. The unit made the popping noise then the Ignitor lit the burner. I tested two more times and tested the broil function. Unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer to not pack so man6 pans in the broil drawer as a pan can/will ground the Ignitor and it won’t light. I advised that if the Ignitor does not arc, the control won’t allow gas to pass through the burner. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=32 degrees & RC=58 degrees. I found a large amount of frost/ice on the Evap cover approximately 1 1/4 inches thick. I tested the fans and the Evap fan motor never came on. I advised the customer that he would need to defrost unit 48 hours before I return. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and advised to place towels around the unit to protect baseboards from water. Also recommended keeping a shop vac handy to vacuum any water coming from the unit. I am ordering theUI and will return with all prescreened parts.
