Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with a no ice condition. Mr stated that the unit hadn’t made ice for two weeks and it started making ice this morning. I found the FC temp at 13 degrees on arrival. Upon further inspection I found multiple issues that would cause no ice issues. I found the condenser pact with animal hair and a large gap in the drain tube because it was twisted. I straightened the drain tube and fastened it properly and it sealed correctly. I cleaned the condenser coil and the ice maker went into a harvest. Mr also stated some ice had built up on the FC evaporator cover after the FC door had been left cracked open. Mr had removed the ice. I tested the defrost circuit and found the bimetal closed. I ran a forced short defrost and the unit worked as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for the microwave to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the MW AM. I found the UI that was sent used. The box bands had been cut off, the box was taped, the inner bands had been cut off and the control removed from the bag. I tested the unit and the cavity light still would not come on and the F6E8 reappeared. I changed the oven appliance manager and had the same results. I explained to the customer that we would need to get with techline and get the call RS.

Called source, spoke w/ Rick, and says ice machine needs to have 15 inches across, 34 inches minimum top to bottom and 24 inches front to back of clearance but ice machine itself is fine. Says only reason this would ever happen is if it’s not installed properly. No leaks detected."

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that starts dispensing water on its oWn and will also dispense ice on its own sometimes. I tested the unit multiple times for ice and water and the unit worked correctly every time. The unit never failed. Mr stated that if it happens again he will video it. Mr stated that after it happened the last time he unplugged the unit and shut the water off but since he re-powered the unit It hasn’t failed. I suspect multiple issues with the diodes in the harness to the valves and a UI issue that was corrected when the unit was power cycled but cannot get the issue to repeat at this time. I explained this to mr and also stated that the unit might have a bad valve or water pressure issue. The water pressure was slightly higher than normal but not high enough that it should have cause the water dispensing issue. Mr also stated he only opened the wall valve up a 1/4 turn and would leave it this way to see if this solves the issue
