"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the left FC door and found the water line connections were different from the old door which will require a 5/16-1/4 inch reducing coupler. Using a coupler from my van stock (WPW10334458). I adjusted the tubing and removed and replaced the coupler and tested the unit. Unit is dispensing water with no leaks at the coupler and ice maker is harvesting and filling as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to inspect dryer noise. I verified the issue. I disassembled the unit and found the idler bearing worn causing the squealing noise. I removed and replaced the idler bearing as well as all the drum bearings and the belt. I reassembled and tested. The unit now operates as designed. I found good heat and airflow while running.

Arrived onsite for F97 error. On inspection the error was both stoves and when start them it errors out in the first minute. I gained access to the back of unit ohmed out both fans and they were good. On the fans is a senor board that monitors the speed of the fan. The fans work I think they the lower one is spinning to slow or the sensor is bad. I installed the upper fan with the old sensor and it made no difference. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that will not start. The customer says you can turn it on and it runs a few minutes then shuts off. I checked stored error codes and found an F8E2. I started the diagnostics test and found the machine not filling with water. I inspected under the machine and found both blue wires broken off at the molex connector of the valve. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has condensation forming in the fc and RC. Upon inspection I found this to be true for both sections I found the the in the RC the right side door gasket was torn and was letting warm air in causing the condensation there the fc had condensation as well and the was caused by there being a separation of the inner and outer door skins on the fc door. The customer mentioned to me the some of his items freezer and the basket of the fc on the top shelf I advised him that when packing the unit to always leave some space at the vent for good airflow, after making sure that the damper worked properly. I am ordering the fc door and the cover to be replaced. Found that RC cabinet thermistor was not positioned correctly and tucked behind LED module. Tech recommended securing thermistor and allowing temperature to stabilize. "Arrived onsite for dishwasher not cleaning. Customer said that they just replaced the well pump and had sediment issue with other appliances. Found 3 errors all indications of lack of water. I removed the hose from the inlet valve and found it packed with sediment. Clean all the sediment out and ran the diagnostic cycle. Water is now entering the unit, the diagnostic cycle completed with out any issues. Informed the customer to use a cup of vinegar the first few times she runs a load of dishes. Advised that makes a buzzing sound and then it will make a clicking sound which they read online indicates an issue with the compressor. Found the unit not cooling upon entry. Ran unit through diagnostics and was able to get the compressor to kick on. Found the unit over-amping, and would shut off within 5 to 10 seconds. "KSGG700ESS3 Arrived to inspect error and unit not completing heating. I found F2E1 as the only stored error code and cleared for testing. The unit operated as designed and cycled the burner on and off. Further inspection revealed the ignition wire for the spark ignition system, was misrouted over the back of the left drawer slide, creating a pinch zone for the wire. "MHW6630HC3 Arrived to inspect water issue. Upon entering service test mode, I found F8E1, F0E2 and F5E2 stored in error code memory and cleared for testing. I found the 1st stage of the cold valve would not fill and made an irregular noise. I removed and replaced the valve and tested. The unit resumed normal operation. I advised the customer on detergent use, as there were laundry pods in the vicinity and recommended less detergent, due to the error codes that were found within the service mode. Arrived onsite for dishwasher with error code F8E4. On inspection found water in the overflow tray. I looked at the gasket and the gasket is flattened out in the corner letting water run down the side and into the tray. Installed new gasket on to unit and ran diagnostics cycle. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and placed my tester inside the unit while testing and found the unit not heating and making a loud humming noise. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator freezing items in the RC. Customer said that on several occasions they had several items freeze on the RC shelves. I examined the unit and found unit had a lot of items in it, and a lot of items pushed to the back liner. I advised customer on the airflow path and function of the unit and that those channels have to be kept free and open for air to properly circulate. This should resolve freezing issues. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that during one wash load, the unit seem to leak enough water to leave water on the floor about 6 feet long. They advised that they have been using it since and the unit has seemingly stopped leaking. I checked underneath the washer and did not find any signs of water residue except on the back panel. Check behind the washer and found the hot water hose leaking slightly causing a drip every minute to two minutes. I checked the control area and valve housing and found no water residue on top of the housing. Ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle. Found the unit working and operating as designed. When the unit went to drain, I found the standpipe sounding like it was slowly backing up, potentially causing an issue with an overflow on heavy loads. Checked the tub for any signs of cracks or damage. Found no damage done to the tub at all. Tested the unit several more times to try to get the unit to leak and checked underneath the washer again. Did not find any leaks present during operation besides the hot water hose. I showed the customer the leak from the hose and the customer advised that he used the old hoses off the old washer. I explained to him that it appeared that the rubber gasket inside of the hose was worn causing the leak. I also explained to him about his standpipe and showed him what it was doing. The customer is going to buy himself new hoses and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Advised customer that there is no known circumstance of degrading dryer material or washer material causing oil deposits. Advised that certain items being washed could cause the oil deposits and staining. Provided instruct on design and possible solutions. Back panel may be able to be cleaned to restore function. Cosmetic under normal warranty guidelines.

Arrived on site to install new console and UI to resolve F6E1 error code. Replaced both parts and found no errors recurring. Tested unit and confirmed its fully responsive. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for leaving clothes wet at end of cycle. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. Ran an automatic cycle and unit operates correctly. When starting a normal wash cycle noticed the customer accidentally had pressed the spin OFF. Reset to spinON unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not getting to temp. Test unit and unit test good. Average temp when set to 350? is 368? job complete.

On arrival verified complaint of broken door switch. Replaced RC door switch and verified operation. All operational test good. Job complete. No leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not getting water. Reset unit and test unit and found unit getting water but wash motor not coming on due to unit ran with no water. Replaced sump and motor test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer that is making a grinding noise when in use. Upon arrival I tested the unit and heard the noise. I the inspected the cam and found that the cam teeth were found down causing the issue. I replaced the cam and tested the unit and found that the unit is now operating as designed.
