Arrived on site to test unit for oven not igniting. Test unit and found and igniter. Replaced igniter test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will go through most of the cycle but that it sometimes does not complete out the cycle. I found the unit stuck in the drain upon entry and canceled out the cycle. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F1 E1 (main control fault) and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. Due to the error codes, I went ahead and replaced the main control. Find the washer, unlevel and leaning towards the front left panel. I went ahead and adjusted the feet to level out the unit. I ran the unit through calibration cycle and then threw an auto test. Found the unit working an operating as designed. I did advise the customer that the issues with their main control, but did explain that off-balance loads will cause the unit to go into a drain mode and that they will have to cancel out that cycle in order to get the unit to start a new cycle. The customer was unaware of how to do that so I did show him. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance and is making loud noises during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit runs all right if there are no clothes in the washer. However, when the unit has closed in it, it goes off balance on every load. She advised that she has to run lighter loads in order to be able to get the unit to at least finish out the cycle. The customer had clothes in the washer and I ran the unit through a drain and spin. I confirmed the customers complaint and found that as the unit was starting to ramp up, the unit was going off-balance, and every which direction causing the basket to hit the side walls and start screeching. I gained access to the back and found the shocks worn, but still in place. I found part of the tub, starting to show signs of where, on the off-balance, and as I was spinning the rotor, I felt something stuck between the tub in the basket. I could not get the item removed and so I am ordering a full rebuild for this washer. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is frosting in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me exactly what was going on and we found frost buildup in the upper left-hand corner of the freezer section at the door. I found that the left-hand side of the door was not closing fully. I removed the door and check the slides. Found the left hand slide had not been fully pushed back at the factory. I adjusted the left-hand slide and tested the unit. Found the door opening and closing as designed with no air gaps present leading towards the frost buildup. I remove the frost up at the top of the freezer and advise the customer that they can either remove the rest of the frost or let it dissipate over the next few weeks. The unit is now working an operating as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator light not working. Upon further inspection, the customer opened the right RC door and the RC interior light failed to turn on. I closed the switch and let it pop open and the light came on. I found the switch is sticking and will need to be replaced. I tested the unit and it is operating as designed other than the switch. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out the clothing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long/no fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit completed testing, but I noticed the water level not over the washplate when filling. The customer described the amount of clothing theyre putting into the unit which told me that shes not putting enough clothing into the unit and its not getting enough water which in turn is causing the unit to get off balance and not completing the cycle. Also found the customer is using too much detergent. I retested a few more times and each time I noticed the unit not getting enough water. I tilted the unit back and inspected the components underneath and found all components good. When I went to check the valve screens, I found the hot water valve, at the wall, was not turned on. Removed the hoses from the unit valve and inspected the valve screens and they are good and clear. Re-attached the hoses and retested the unit in diagnostics and this time the water level was correct and the unit completed testing. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit had stopped making ice so they bought store-bought ice to be able to Spence ice other ice dispenser. After this, they noticed that the ice is completely clumped in the ice container and was causing the bay alarm on the icemaker not to be able to open and close properly. Since then, they have been able to get the icemaker to work. However, she advised that when they remove the ice clump from her ice container, the food inside of the freezer was falling out, and their ice cream was almost like soup. I took temperature of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the freezer sitting at 3?F. I found the refrigerator temperature at 36?F. I found no evidence of any defrost issue or compressor issues with the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Aaron SR# 7738770363. He had me ask the customer several questions about what happens with the machine whenever theyre losing their cool. The customer advised that the unit still has lights on in the refrigerator and freezer sections and that the machine just fixes itself when it wants to. Can you advise that it usually recovers within 24 hours of when they initially find The items defrosting. Aaron advised that because theyre not losing power and they are starting to re-cool within 24 hours of losing the call every single time, the issue would have to be with the door being left a jar. Advised to make no repair at this time and advise the customer to take a video of what is happening so that they can see if theres anything going on with the unit itself. I did advise the customer of techlines findings. Call complete."

Upon further inspection, as I removed the light cover, the customer advised that the light will come on when the button is pressed on the control, but wont come on when the oven door is opened. I found that this unit does not have a door switch that would turn the light on when the door is opened. I verified this info by researching the parts diagram and found no switch in the diagram. I advised the customer of my findings. I tested the light by turning the light on at the control and it is operating as designed. No repairs needed at this time, unit is operating as designed. The threads in the basket looked messed up and will need to be tapped. The customer provided the leftover parts from installation, which had the LPG kit and I corrected the issue and tested. "WRS315SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect door closing issue. I found the door height severely off and the machine also required leveling to prevent gravity from constantly pulling out on the doors. The RC crisper drawers were binding so badly they could not fully close without excessive force, also contributing to the door issue. I removed plastic fouling from the crisper slides and applied a food and plastic safe lubricant. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for unit not venting properly and pushing back into home. Tested and found unit not installed properly. The cabinet cutout and duct are gapped about 7 inches across and 2 inches wide. Took pic. Notified customer that the builder will need to have the issue corrected. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose range with loose console. Found the console bracket screws loose. Tightened screws and minimized console flex. Unit working as designed. Repair completed.
