On further inspection I found cold control wp2198202 was getting stuck and was keeping unit in both cool and no cool status when it felt like it. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop flames. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the center burner is not igniting properly, but I could hear the ignitor arcing. All of the other burners are operating as designed. I inspected the burner cap and burner head and when I removed the burner head, I found the ignitor had dropped down inside the burner box and was not making contact with the burner head when arcing. I gained access to the orifice holder and ignitor and found the ignitor clip had come unsecured. I adjusted the ignitor and secured the clip and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not heating. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display showing the date/time. Customer advised that the unit tripped the breaker approximately 1 minute into preheat. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees and approximately 2-3 minutes into preheat, the unit shut down and I found the GFCI breaker tripped. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the main control and back section of the unit. I tested voltage to the unit and got 251V. I removed and replaced the bake and broil elements and main control and disconnected the ground wire from the chassis. Cycled power to the unit and performed a burnout in Bake mode at 500 degrees. The unit reached preheat and I cycled power and reconnected the ground and reassembled the top and rear covers and performed another burnout in Bake mode at 500 degrees. The unit completed preheat again and is operating as designed. Customer has the Whirlpool app downloaded on their phone and the unit is connected to WiFi via the app. Job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like the drain hose or water supply hose banging against the back panel of the unit. They provided a video of the lid of the unit and I could see that the clothing was off balance. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Once the unit began to spin, I could hear the unit begin to make a loud popping or banging noise. I tilted the unit back and found the rotor bolt had began to back itself out and the rotor was loose on the stator and the rotor was slightly worn as was the slider. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher with burning smell coming from it. On arrival customer clarified that they had a burning smell, and that his wife had also heard noises coming from the unit. I plugged in the unit and tested. Found unit came on and ran normally, with no burning smell. I did notice that there was increased wash motor noise when it was running, but spray arms were moving and pumping fine. Due to the abnormal sound of the motor, I recommended replacement of sump and motor assembly. Customer declined and will replace the unit. Called findings into safety. Call completed."

WTW8127LC1 Arrived on site for a washer leaking water. On arrival verified water leaking from left side part#W11550898 is needed to fix issue. Order part and office to reschedule for client returning parts are needed .; ordrng 1 W11550898 (Faucet)

Arrived on site to diagnose washer not filling and giving LoFl error. Checked codes and found F8E1. Put unit in diagnostic mode and ran cold valves and hot. Found the cold valve buzzing and barely letting any water through. Replaced cold valve to resolve. Retested and verified proper operation from all valves. Parts used - W11688995. No water leaks present. Picture added to SD.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher randomly starting on its own. Tested unit and confirmed that unit had an F2E1 error for stuck key, which is likely starting the unit. Replaced control to resolve since unit has no console keypad. Voltage and polarity good, and likely no line noise. Unit working as designed at this time. Called in findings to safety. Parts used - W11637583."

"MVWC565FW1 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the tub partially full of water, and no use had occurred since our last service. This confirmed the valves seeping and the valve assembly will be required. On the last service, I had applied penetration fluid to the wash plate/agitator bolt to ensure it could be removed for this service. I found the penetrating fluid did not work and the agitator was still completely stuck to the driveshaft. Even if the agitator was broken off, this type of machine cannot have the gear case with the agitator hub seized to the driveshaft, pass through the tub assembly. The valve assembly, basket, tub, hub assembly, hub screws, wash plate and wash plate nut will also be needed. Office to attempt authorization and contact the customer for return service. "MDB8959SKZ0 Arrived to inspect noise. Service test mode had F8E2 and FAE2 as the on,y stored errors and I cleared for testing. I found the automated service test mode could not be activated and when selected, the DRO showed 2h (delay) and then counted down to 1h, shutting down into standby mode at approximately the same cadence of one second per display. The machine could be immediately started in consumer mode or test mode, but would do this issue at every attempted service test mode step two. Running the machine in customer mode, I did not hear any abnormal noises and suspect a piece of debris had lodged in the pump screen assembly and had finally passed. I suspected the UI causing the incorrect service mode operation and did not have the UI on hand. In an attempt to correct the issue, I replaced the main control and found no change when reassembled and tested. I did note the vent gasket had been leaking and was severely mispositioned, allowing the entire bottom of the inner vent assembly to not contact the gasket. I placed the gasket correctly and found the issue fully resolved. Office to order the UI. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11414079 (UI)"

"WFES3030RS0 Arrived to inspect power loss. I found the machine was tripping the breaker when bake was initialized and the were no other deficiencies found, including the 240VAC voltage supply. I replaced both elements and control and then performed a full 500F preheat with the Ground lifted and there were no additional breaker trips. After completing the preheat, I allowed the oven to cool while reconnecting the G and restarted the 500F preheat from 180F. The machine operated as designed and the breaker did not trip. The customer has been given instructions on contacting the builder to have the circuit breaker replaced and circuit tested, if the issue persists beyond two times."
