I explained to me how to adjust the shutter in the FC and explained this also affects the RC depending on what the RC temp control is set at. I adjusted the FC shutter to minimum and tested the temp in the RC on the lowest shelf where ms stated product was freezing with the control set at the lowest setting. I found the RC getting down to 29 degrees. I replaced the control and the RC thermistor. I tested the unit and it is working as designed. Call complete.

The ice maker is still harvesting ice and I explained that the basic defrost mode would probably stop the frosting. I advised based on the dryer not advancing in timed dry will be timer related. I advised the Normal Auto Dry cycle has an intergrated extended tumble within that cycle to prevent clothes from getting wrinkled. I advised this keep dryer for a long period of time after cycle has completed typically up to 2 1/2 hrs. I also explained this model did not have physical moisture sensors. "arrived on site to inspect washer vibration. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Unit operated as designed but was vibrating more than it should. Tilted the unit back and found that the rotor nut had backed off approximately 1/4 inch and the rotor was loose. I placed some loctite on the nut and retightened it and tested again. Unit operated as designed with normal vibration. Advised customer of findings/repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect washer unbalanced. Upon further inspection, I found the unit upstairs and sitting in a drain pan. I tested the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E9, F0E5 & F0E3. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed with no unusual noises or vibration (unbalanced). I tilted the unit back and found where the rotor has been rubbing against the drain pan and leveling feet all the way up. The rubbing and off balance load explains the F7E9 error code. I lowered the feet and leveled the unit and tested again. Unit operated as designed. I recalibrated the unit. No water leaks observed during service. I explained my findings to the customer and made recommendations for use and care. Job completed."
