Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their inspector to.d him the drain hose wasn’t installed properly and the unit sometimes will have water standing in the bottom of the tub. I checked the hose under the sink and found that it did not have a high loop. I disconnected the hose from the disposal and rerouted the hose to where it had a high loop and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed and it drained properly. I advised the customer of my repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees & RC=38 degrees on the manufactures settings. I tested the fans and damper and while testing, I found that some food items were blocking the airflow and redirecting them down towards the middle shelf. I cold feel the air hitting the item. I advised the customer that the placement of t(e items being directly in front of the vent would cause items to freeze. Advised to move the shelf down and keep smaller items on the shelf so that the airflow can move freely throughout the RC section. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that is still not cooling correctly. I found a refrigerant leak at the UV drier. I found refrigerant still in the system and evacuated the system. I replaced the UV drier and ran a vacuum pump on the system. I charged the system with 5 oz of R134A. I temped the freezer while loading my van and the freezer air temp was at 15 degrees and still dropping when I left. Call complete.
