Upon further inspection, the customer advised that since the last service call she has used the unit maybe 6 times and out of those 6 times only twice the unit failed to heat and only reach 165 degrees according to the display. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My three readings were 347, 382, 353 for an average of 360 degrees. The customer advised that the unit is baking just fine, but it’s intermittent when it’s not. I contacted Techline and spoke to Mike and advised of my findings. Mike advised to check the voltage at the outlet. I got 123V from L1 & L2. When I attempted to check the voltage from the small prong side to ground, I could not get a good reading. "arrived on site to inspect range oven door getting hot. Upon further inspection, I removed the oven door and removed the inner door glass and installed an insulation strip just under the handle bolts that stretches across the door approximately 24 inches. Reinstalled the glass and placed the door back on the unit and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. Using my infrared gun, I checked the temps on the outer glass of the door and it read 92 degrees after approximately 5 mins of testing. After approximately 15 mins of testing my reading was 114 degrees on the outer glass in the middle of the door which is within manufacturers specifications. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

I tested all burners and they all ignited as designed. I continued to test the back middle burner and at times it would be intermittent. I removed and replaced the burner head and cap and retested and it operated as designed each time tested. Also, I found that the knob bezels we’re aligned correctly and are rubbing. I advised the customer that that is the way the unit is designed. I explained that each burner is connected to a spark module and have a wire harness on the valves so that when one burner is being ignited, all burners Ignitors come on. I tested all five burners and all five were operating as designed. The customer advised that the front right burner sometimes doesn’t want to light. Per service pointer W11296667, it mentions issues with the welds on the tracks and to replace with improved tracks. When I went to replace the left track, I found that the package contained a right track. I notified the office of the issue. Also found that the dispenser door gasket is broken. I am ordering the left track and dispenser No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10861000 (detergent dispenser) and 1 W11259785 (TRACK-LEFT)"

Arrived on site and tested operation. I found fresh food evaporator completely frozen solid and no air flow. Unit will need to that for 48 hours to access failed components. Unit has a communication failure between sensors and controls and will need new control kit and thermistor harness to correct the defrost issue. Instructed customer that the unit will need to have towels placed around it to catch any water that may over flow the units drain pan while thawing out.

Arrived on site for refrigerator freezing some foods near ice box and for crushed ice dispensing some crushed ice and have some large fuller pieces as well. Called tech line and spoke with David (SR# 7726114611) Made aware of issues and what was found. Was instructed that some freezing is not abnormal. Was instructed to speak with customer on product placement inside RC and was instructed to bump temperature up 1° or 2° and to see if there is improvement. With ice dispensing issue was instructed to replace ice bin container. Did as instructed. Tested unit and all operations are normal. No water leaks present at time of service.

With the customers permission I put some packing factory packing tape on the area where the clip isn’t holding and where the greatest pressure is being exerted on the facia.
