I visually checked the fill tube and ice maker funnel and found both clear but from what had happened i suspect the fill tube had frozen causing water to spray everywhere. I ran a forced harvest and found the ice maker and fill valve working as designed. I did find the rear cover frosted up badly so I ran a forced defrost to melt all of the frost. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. The contractor was not available to sign the ticket. Call complete.

Inspected burners and burner caps and then re-tested unit with all burners on at the same time for several minutes. All burners stay consistent with only a small amount of yellow tips periodically. Informed customer that yellowing is caused by air gas mixture or additives in the gas supply. Customer said they have used a humidifier over the past few weeks and that is when they have noticed more yellowing. Informed that the humidifier changes the moisture content in the air and Therefore changes the air gas mixture. Instructed on cleaning tips long term for the burners. "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not operating. Upon further inspection, I found the UI console with no response. The unit was plugged in so I checked voltage at the junction box and found none. I checked the outlet and it was dead also. I advised the customer of my findings and we checked the breaker box, but the box did not have the dishwasher labeled anywhere. We checked two breakers that were labeled to the kitchen as general appliance, but neither of those were to the unit unless they were bad. i removed the outer door panel and checked the control and it appeared to be good with no visual signs of failure. I advised the customer to have an electrician look at the outlet and breaker box and once it’s corrected, if they continue to have issues to let our office no. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for unit leaking water during steam cycles. Tested unit to find that the water was shooting straight at the door. Found that the inlet water nozzle was restricted and causing a solid straight stream instead of a mist. This was causing water to be shot straight at the door and then leaked on the floor. Cleaned nozzle and unit now puts out a nice mist and it is not leaking anymore. Venting is clean.

"Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with neither compartment cooling and making a loud motor noise. I found the compressor a little noisy, only pulling .95 amps, and not pumping refrigerant at all. The FF evaporator was not cool at all. Both the high side and low side lines at the compressor were the same temp. I suspect a leak at the FF evaporator. The compressor has a 10 year warranty. Call complete."
