"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water and water standing in the tub. Upon further inspection, I found a small amount of water in the tub, so I pressed the cancel button and engaged the drain pump. The unit drained the water. I checked the disposal and turned it on and it was clear. I ran the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. The unit operated as designed with the drain pump draining the water as designed. The customer advised that they have a water softener. I made recommendations for detergent and rinse aid use, as well as, use and care. Also, I found that the door gasket was not installed properly. I reinstalled the gasket and did not observe and leaks during testing. I advised the customer if they have any further issues to contact the office and schedule service. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I tested the light housing and got 12V. Steven advised to replaced the housing. I replaced the housing and the light still did not come on; therefore, I replaced the bulb and it operated as designed. Arrived onsite for the dishwasher with the pod still not dissolving. I checked stored error codes and found an F6E1 & F6E2. I found nothing under the float switch and nothing in the tub that could had caused the switch circuit to open. The fill valve is working as designed. The unit completed the diagnostics cycle and worked as designed. I went over a few things with the customer to check if the issue happens again. I also asked the customer about water pressure issue and she stated that she hasn’t experienced any issues but some of their neighbors have been complaining about high pressure. I explained to the customer that high pressure could lock the valve up and if the unit did it again to turn the hot water on at the sink and see if the unit would fill and work properly. I explained that this would let them know if it was a pressure issue and they would need to call someone to have the street valve changed. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that since the last service call she has used the unit maybe 6 times and out of those 6 times only twice the unit failed to heat and only reach 165 degrees according to the display. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My three readings were 347, 382, 353 for an average of 360 degrees. The customer advised that the unit is baking just fine, but it’s intermittent when it’s not. I contacted Techline and spoke to Mike and advised of my findings. Mike advised to check the voltage at the outlet. I got 123V from L1 & L2. When I attempted to check the voltage from the small prong side to ground, I could not get a good reading. I used a different meter and it showed the outlet to be good. Mike advised to follow service pointer #W10622771A check the screws holding the burner in place and make su

"Arrived on site for dishwasher tripping GFCI when powering on. Inspected outlet and found on same circuit as garage disposal. Gained access to junction box and inspected. Found hot wire loose in wire nut. Tighten wire and inspected underneath unit and found standing water. Performed diagnostics mode and tested unit. Found error code F5-E1 door latch failure and F3-E3 OWI failed calibration. Monitored test cycle and found water dripping from motor. Will need to replace sump assembly to repair. failed sump and installed new. Performed diagnostics mode and monitored test cycle. All tested good, no water leaks detected.

"arrived on site to inspect range oven door getting hot. Upon further inspection, I removed the oven door and removed the inner door glass and installed an insulation strip just under the handle bolts that stretches across the door approximately 24 inches. Reinstalled the glass and placed the door back on the unit and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. Using my infrared gun, I checked the temps on the outer glass of the door and it read 92 degrees after approximately 5 mins of testing. After approximately 15 mins of testing my reading was 114 degrees on the outer glass in the middle of the door which is within manufacturers specifications. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
