WED5010LW1 Arrived on site for dryer not completely cycles. On arrival I found that the dryer was making loud sounds client stated previous visit made it louder. I tested the motor previous tech replaced bad readings I replaced the motor and wheel that's when I noticed the connection to sensor bar was not making a good connection. I plugged in all the way and put dryer back together and tested product sounds as its designed product works as it's designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for F8E4 error (water detected in drip pan). Gained access to the float switch and confirmed the presence of water in the drip pan, which was triggering the error. Removed the water and ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle. During testing, observed the third rack was missing. Customer stated they had removed the third rack to accommodate larger items in the upper rack. Advised customer that removing the third rack can cause water to spray directly toward the front of the door, as the feed tube is designed to connect to the third racks spray arm. Possible control and thermistor complications causing false read out on the interface display. Secondary issue of slow water, found likely filter housing restriction at fault. Cabinet doors above the panel prevent it from being removed and the water cannot be shut off for the same reason to ser ice the filter housing. Unit was outside on the porch for repair today with garden hose hooked up. I checked for errors and found an F8E1 for slow fill. Tried hose on hot and cold valves, and felt a little slow. Replaced valve and ran unit. I ran in normal cycle and let the unit get to the point of agitation. Unit agitate and spins good with no errors. This should resolve the failure. Due to the left RC door making a popping noise when opening and closing and the previous repairs did not resolve the issue, I removed and replaced the left RC door and transferred the dispenser parts and ice bin door and the lower hinge. I applied grease to the top and bottom hinge cams and tested. Using my heat gun, I heated the left RC door gasket to mold it to the mullion to close off any gaps. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker slow production. Upon further inspection, the customer advised . ice maker is barely making one batch per day, and they're having to use ice trays for their ice. I tested temps in the FC=10 degrees, ice bin/maker=7 degrees. I tested the ice maker, and it harvested and filled properly. Also found condensation built up at the top right side of the FC section and on the FC door liner in the same area (photos). I placed my flashlight inside the FC section and found a small gap in the upper right corner of the FC door gasket at the mullion. I adjusted the mullion and sealed the gaps with silicone. Customer also advised that the ice dispenser was set on cubed, but when they would get ice, it came out crushed like a snowcone ice. Due to the ongoing issue with the ice maker, I removed and replaced the ice maker and tested it. It continues to operate as designed. I recommended the customer remove the ice bin periodically and flush it with hot water and allow it to air dry in order to get all of the crushed pieces of ice out of the crusher housing so it's not getting jammed. Also recommended to monitor the ice production and the FC section for condensation build-up. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11700250"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and immediately it began to make a loud vibrating noise which sounded like the blower wheel was broken and off balance. I disassembled the unit to gain access to the wheel and found it good. While disassembling the unit, I found the front the front right corner, at the leveling leg, was damaged as if it were dropped. I found all four leveling feet were missing and the unit is not sitting level on the floor. Maintenance provided four leveling feet and i installed the feet and leveled the unit. Using my jumper wire, I jumped the door switch and retested and found the exhaust tube is loose. Using three sound pads from my van stock (W11113654), I secured the exhaust and retested and the unit is quieter now, but still making a vibration noise. I advised maintenance staff that with the unit damaged at the front right corner, the unit will continue to make some vibration and is considered cosmetic and is only covered for the first 30 days of ownership. Maintenance advised they will contact their vendor to get it replaced. Unit is currently operating as designed other than the vibration noise. No lint observed during service, job completed. I removed kick plate and I discovered around 4inches of hair on the coils I removed all hair . I noticed evaporator cover not installed correctly not allowing air to pass . I removed evaporator cover and tested heater ohms were in the correct area . Evaporator motor worked great frost pattern was in great condition. I reinstalled the evaporator cover the correct way . No parts used no water leaks visible from the main water supply product is working as its designed.

Arrived onsite for unit constantly draining. I found the unit to drain even with the water pressure line off and canceling the cycle. The controls water pressure sensor has failed and requires replacement. I replaced the control per service pointer W11766193 and plugged the unit in. Unit no longer constantly drains however I could not test the unit as all connections were disconnected. Unit operates as designed and issue is no longer present. No leaks. Call complete. Arrived on site to replace noise damper. Confirmed gears sounded like they are grinding. Replaced damper and confirmed proper operation. Unit working as designed. Parts used - WPW10594329.

Arrived on site to inspect unit for issue with the cooking light not turning off. Pressed the light button and confirmed that the light cycles between high and low settings but does not turn off completely. Tested control board and found a shorted relay causing the issue. Replaced control board. Tested unit and confirmed the light now turns off as designed. Job complete.

Arrived for the dryer not starting. Found good voltage at the tblock. Was only getting 50 volts from the timer. Replaced the timer and tested the unit. Everything is working as designed.

Arrived onsite for unit constantly draining. I found the unit to drain even with the water pressure line off and canceling the cycle. The controls water pressure sensor has failed and requires replacement. I replaced the control per service pointer W11766193 and plugged the unit in. Unit no longer constantly drains however I could not test the unit as all connections were disconnected. Unit operates as designed and issue is no longer present. No leaks. Call complete. Installed W11607637 CONTROL.

Arrived on site to diagnose unit for not heating or drying.Placed unit into diagnostic mode and found error code FAE2 indicating the vent is not opening. Inspected the heating element and found it to be the old-style element. Replaced the element per service pointer. Ordering a new vent and inner door. Rescheduled return visit for 6/23.; ordrng 1 W11559689 (Inner door) and 1 W11649995 (Vent)

"Arrived on site to diagnose unit for not washing or dissolving detergent. Tested unit and found it filling with the correct water level, but the wash motor was not generating sufficient pressure. Replaced the sump and motor. Tested unit and confirmed the wash motor is now circulating water with proper pressure. No leaks present. Job complete."

"Arrived onsite for unit not freezing food. I confirmed unit is slightly cold so I pulled the evaporator cover off and found no frost buildup. I checked the rear of the unit and found the compressor running weak. I checked amperage on the compressor and found only .53 amps being drawn. Compressor has failed and needs a sealed system repair. The evaporator is also aluminum and needs to be replaced with a black coated one as these are known for causing a leak of refrigerant. Ordering W11547313 Compressor, W11572047 Evaporator, WPW10143759 UV DRIER W11506635 ACCESS VALVE. Office to RS. Arrived on site to replace dishwasher tub previously ordered due to leak. Replaced tub and tested unit. Unit is operating as designed with no leaks present. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for cooling issue. Found no lights in freezer,water and ice dispenser not running,evap fan motor not running. Checked all freezer harness' and freezer door not issues. Checked compressor compartment no visible issues called texh support ran voltage test on fan motor reading 120vac from board while checking harness' in compressor compartment found neutral lead not fully inserted in harness uploaded pic sent to tech support. Secured lead into harness reconnected harness to liner powered unit on,lights and fan turned on. Vacant unitSr#7741782255"

Arrived for door gasket ripped. Inspected and found no signs of gasket damage. Found complaint was due to condensation building on door glass. Ran test and passed. Explained to customer that outside air (high humidity) when met with indoor temperature is creating condensation. Notified customer to leave the door open and allow open air flow. This will not allow condensation to accumulate. Job complete
