Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with both compartments no cooling well and no ice. I found the RC at temp but the FC was only getting to 12 degrees. I tested all the thermistors in diagnostics and they were registering the correct temps. I ran test 39 using a watt meter and could not see any change in ramp speed of the compressor. I changed the Orion control out and tested. The compressor ramped up. I ran test 40 and found everything working as designed. I left the unit in step 5 until it timed out and the temp in the FC had dropped 8 degrees.Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining and rust spots. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that there’s still water inside the unit. When I opened the door, I found water droplets in the tub. I checked the rinse aid dispenser and it was empty. I found some rust spots on the bottom of the tub in the front right corner and on the bottom right corner of the door. Ran the unit through diagnostics showing no error codes and the unit operated as designed. Used my multimeter to test amp draw from the element and it showed 7-9amps as designed. I contacted Techline and spoke to TJ and advised of my findings. Techline advised to use rinse aid and turn hot water on at the sink to purge hot water before turning unit on and leave door open approximately 3-4 inches to allow air into unit to assist with drying. "arrived on site to inspect dryer tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, I opened the door and pressed the door switch closed and turned the unit on. The unit operated as designed and I could see/feel the element on as well. I tested voltage at the outlet and at the terminal block on the unit and got 249V. I checked the wiring on all components and all was good. I verified ohms to all components and again all were good. I removed the element to inspect and found the center metal plate was blackened and beginning to warp so I replaced it and retested. Unit operated as designed. I advised the customer to have someone take a look at the breaker due to it possibly being weak. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect washer no operation. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that he can turn the unit on, but after pressing start, the unit does nothing. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and when the door lock was supposed to engage, it never locked. The display was flashing a lock signal and I never heard the lock.
