Arrived on site for washer leaking. Going from wash to rinse back to wash and clothes getting on one side and stopping and top console loose. Tested and inspected unit and found loose console due to damaged clip. Removed failed part and replaced with new from truck stock. Found no leaks when running the washer on deep wash until unit started draining and standpipe backs up and overflows. Found the standpipe is also low. Called tech line and spoke with Sterling (SR# 7727717894) Made aware of stated issues and what was found. Was instructed that leak is from standpipe and that customer will need plumber to come fix standpipe issue and that top of stand pipe needs to be at least 39 inches from the ground and drain hose needs to be 4 inches in standpipe and that needs to be fixed as well by plumber. Upon further inspection, I did not see any water streaks on the door, but when I felt the insulation at the bottom inner door, I found the insulation soaked. I removed the outer door panel and found the unit leaking from the bottom of the vent assembly. I found water streaks/debris throughout the inner door panel and flowing down the to the bottom corners of the inner door. Due to this being I a reoccurring issue, I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised, of my findings. Performed a video chat with Andrew to document my findings. Tested the spray arms for cracks/breaks and found none. Tested water temp and it was 128 degrees. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a no cool condition to possibly replace sealed system parts. I found all or the fans working but the compressor was not running. I did a power reset and the compressor came on and started working. I found the unit full charged but the compressor is not pumping correctly. I evacuated the refrigerant. I replaced the compressor and installed a low side service tap. I installed a UV drier used from truck stock. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 4.76 oz’s of R134A. I tested the unit and had good pressures. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, customer advised that was showing error code E1. I found the unit non-responsive as it was turned off at the breaker. Cycled the power and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit operated as designed with no error codes showing. I removed the junction box cover and found the wiring harness connections loose due to too large of wire nuts and electrical tape being used to hold the nuts on. "Arrived on site for water shooting out the back of the fridge. I inspected the unit and work area, I found the icemaker fill tube sealed with ice. I used my steamer to clear out the ice and found in the back of the fridge where there is an air leak. I sealed the air leak using clear silicone from truck stock. While there the customer stated that the compressor makes a horrible vibrating sound when it turns on. I used some sound pads from truck stock, to pad areas that the compressor lines are coming into contact with the fridge chassis. Job complete. No water leaks detected."
