When I closed the fc door, I found a gap approximately 1/2 inch wide in between the gasket and chassis. I removed the frost build up inside and found that the rails weren’t on track correctly. I adjusted the rails and reassembled the door and drawers and tested the door and it closes correctly with no gap. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. "Arrived onsite for the dryer with the check vent light coming on and not going off, taking multiple loads to dry, and ms stated it makes a noise when it has a load in it. I tested the venting and found the unit cycling between 136-165 degrees with the flex pipe removed but when the flex pipe is connected the unit will set idle at 165 degrees and slowly drop indicating there is a restriction in the house vent. I showed this to ms and advised to call a vent cleaning service. I found the noise being caused from the chassis due to the leveling feet not having equal load on them. I adjusted the feet and the dryer is quiet and working as designed. Call complete."

"arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. After plugging it in, the unit drain pump kicked on and would not turn off. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F9E1, F8E3, F3E1. I cleared the codes and unplugged the unit. I gained access to the drain pump and remove dryer filter to find a large amount of debris inside the filter causing the unit to not be able to drain. I cleared the debris and reinstalled the filter and placed the unit back into diagnostics and tested. The unit operated as designed and drained as designed. Customer advised that the unit is covered under Costco extended warranty but could not produce a receipt. Customer will contact Costco and get proof of warranty and send to the office to get refund. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher dispenser not operating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the dispenser is opening and the pod is falling into the tub, but the dishes aren’t getting cleaned. I opened the door and found a pod in the bottom of the tub and the tub was dry. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-diverter lost position. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed until midway through, the motor stopped. At the end of testing, the element showed the appropriate amp reading of 7-9amps, but due to corrosion, it was not heating. I am ordering the sump/motor assembly, element & CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Scheduled return service for 11/27/19 and quested to be placed on the cancellation list. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10703867 (heater) and 1 WPW10482502 (pump&motor)"

"arrived on site to inspect cooktop not igniting. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Customer advised that they heard a loud pop coming from the unit and the breaker tripped. I removed the cooktop top panel and found where the white wire from the switch harness had somehow grounded/shorted itself out from a liquid spillage. The wire was cut which caused the popping noise and breaker to trip. I removed and replaced the switch harness and the spark module as it was burnt where the white wire connects. Retested the unit and it operates as designed. Reassembled the unit and retested and again it operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I raised the lid and turned the basket by hand and found the washplate loose. I removed the washplate and found it stripped out and also found that the gearcase spindle where the washplate attaches is beginning to strip out as well. I tilted the unit back and removed the pulley shield and found a small amount of gearcase oil on the pulley. I advised the customer of my findings and removed and replaced the the gearcase, cam/splotch, and washplate and then calibrated the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed ."

Using my multimeter, I tested amp draw on the components at the black wire at the junction box. All components were good except the element which showed no amp draw. I opened the unit door and found that the element was burnt/shorted out. I removed and replaced the element and retested and the unit is operating as designed. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the components. All fans are functions without unusual noises as was the damper. I checked error codes and only E27 appeared and that was due to me having the FF door open for a long period of time and it was getting warm in that section. I waited for several minutes to see if it would duplicate the noise and it did not. I removed the back cover and checked the condenser fan and it was operating as designed. I found that the ice maker was off, so I lowered the arm and watched the IM harvest then dispense water thinking that when the IM dispenses water there might be some valve chatter and nothing. Advised the customer to take a video of the noise if occurs again and call the office. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site dishwasher bottom rack tubing inlet nut and caused retainer to break. Inspected unit and found lower rack bent outward causing failure. Removed rack and installed new with wheels. "arrived on site to inspect dryer not turning off at the end of cycle. Upon further inspection, I opened the door and pressed the door switch closed then turned the unit on. I found the element is illuminating and heating properly. When I released the switch the unit turned off and element turned off as well; however, I found that the timer didn’t advance. I removed the back panel of the console and found that the timer was not functioning. Tested voltage and found none. I removed and replaced the timer and retested and the unit operated as designed. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, when I entered the kitchen area, I immediately heard the noise the customer was complaining about which sounded like one of the Evap fans rubbing against ice/frost buildup. I tested temps in the FC=35 degrees & RC 43 degrees. I removed the fc door and found a large amount of ice/frost built up on the evaporator cover. I attempted to remove the cover, but due to the large amount of build up, I was unable to without damaging the cover or the evaporator. I advised the customer that they would need to defrost the unit 48 hours before I returned to repair the unit. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and advised the customer to pull the unit out, unplug it and place towels around the unit to prevent any water spillage from damaging the baseboards.
