The customer advised that the lower levels of the refrigerator and freezer seem to be cooling but the rest of the refrigerator and freezer seems not to be a proper temperature is. Found a defrost issue in the freezer section. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found the defrost thermistor open. I ran a forced defrost on the unit. Found the defrost heater working properly. Removed all the ice buildup in the freezer section and replaced the defrost thermistor and control. Tested the unit and the unit began to cool and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is condensating on the center Molean. Inspected unit and work area. If customer advised that the unit is condensating on the horizontal million and a little bit on the vertical Molean in the refrigerator section. Checked both Malayans and found him cold. Went through the service diagnostics and changed the status on both from sensor operation to non-sensor operation indicating the heater would be on 100% of the time. Did not find any condensation on either Molean at this point. Let the unit run for 20 minutes and found both millions starting the heat and operate as designed. Check voltage to both millions and found proper voltage. Check resistance through the millions and found proper resistance. By the customer that the unit should be working in operating as designed this point. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for IM not working. On inspection I found the ice bin gasket off the door. The ice bin was frozen over and hard to pull out. Once I got it out it was full of frozen water solid. Defrosted the ice bin . I then pulled the IM out and found the water funnel to the tray frozen over, on further inspection found the IM bi metal free and about 2 in from the tray. Reinstalled the bi-metal and the IM backing into the unit. I called for water and the tray filled. Told customer to give the IM 48 to make ice and give us a call if the issue recurs. No water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for a washer that will show a F4e1 heater code when you attempt to run a cycle. Upon arrival I found that the code was present in diagnostic mode. I erased the cod and ran the unit and found that the code cam back I replaced the control and tested the unit and found no change. I replaced the heater and found that the unit in now operating as designed

Arrived onsite for a washer the that is not draining. Upon inspection I found that the connector at the drain pump broke. I replaced the connector as I was doin so I found that the pump was not fastened down properly I corrected this and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks the customer mentioned and showed me a noise that she hears when she rinse a cycle and us the high seep spin option. I ran the unit in the high speed spin cycle and found that the noise was gone.

Tested all components and found upper and lower convection fans working. Blower working. Cool test all components pass. Heated to 350 and at about 260 it started making noise from convection fans. Opened door attempting to isolate. Unable to determine. On test of each fan the components are working properly. Noise seems to go away if I move cover out with pick tool. Arrived onsite for a cooktop with the front left and right burners not lighting correctly. The customer also stated that after the burners get hot they will not re-lite. I was able to adjust the LF burner and it lights correctly now when its cold or hot but the RF burner will not light consistently after getting hot no matter where the head is adjusted. The RF burner head needs to be replaced. The customers other concern is the knobs getting bumped and turning the gas on without lighting. I explained to the customer that I would call techline with her concerns but I explained that the safety is the knob has to be pushed in to turn the valve. "MVW4505MW0 Arrived to inspect noise. I found no stored errors and the basket was in the right rear of the chassis, touching the inner right side of the cabinet while at rest. Service mode showed all functions present and the unit developed a momentary squeal during the spin portion of the testing. I found the cam assembly was molded incorrectly and I removed, replaced and recalibrated. The unit resumed normal operation. No leaks observed during service."
