Found good voltage and polarity on unit. I ran it a dozen times and could not duplicate any issues starting. I told the customer to follow up if it happens again, but to possibly have that breaker updated and to get a picture if the lights are on or off when it won't start. Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator making noise. Added some additional sound pads to the condenser line area to further muffle the noise. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator tripping the breaker. Maintenance clarified it was tripping the breaker as soon as it was plugged in. I tested the unit on 2 different outlets. I could not get it to trip at all. I ran through manual diagnostics and ran every component and defrost heater, and could not find any failures. The compressor sounded a little weak, but was forming a frost pattern. Advised maintenance to follow up if it trips again or does not cool. No parts used since I could not duplicate a failure."

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave oven combo that customer noticed hot air coming from. Customer pointed out the vent on the bottom is pushing air around 130 degrees. I advised customer this is normal, and the blower is going to circulate some hot air off of the cavity and out the bottom. This is working as designed, and there are no failures with the fan. No parts needed, unit working as designed. On this single oven the customer also showed me that the install instructions list the power for this oven to be run through a 20a breaker. Unit is currently connected to a 40a breaker, which is excessive for the smaller draw of the unit. Advised to step the breaker down to a 20 to be in line with install instructions, or customer would prefer a 30 which is less likely to cause damage to the unit but is outside of recommended specs. Advised using too high of a breaker may cause damage to the unit since it can't accurately trigger for normal failure conditions. No repairs needed, recommended using a smaller breaker. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that makes loud noises during the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it makes a really loud sound when it goes through the entire spin cycle. I ran the unit into a manual spin, and heard what it sounded like the bearings running dry in the gear case. I attempted to remove the agitator and found the agitator completely seized on the driveshaft. Arrived on site for a dryer that is making screeching sound during operation. Inspected the unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint immediately upon starting up the dryer. It sounded like the rollers were squeaking. I gained access to the inner drum and found two rollers that were hard to spin and causing the abnormal noises. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnose parts. Inspected unit and work area. I removed the rotor in the slider and did not find any evidence of oil leaks underneath the unit. I replace both are slider and the rotor and tested the unit. The unit would not agitate or spin. I ran into into diagnostics and found an F6 E3 ( ACU cannot hear MCU) and F7 E7 (motor unable to reach target rpm) error codes. I replaced the clutch and found the same issues in diagnostics. I called Techline and spoke to Jake SR# 7739290909. He had me check the windings to the stator from the control and we found that the red to black and red to brown were showing open but the brown to black showing proper resistance. I checked at the stater and confirmed both issues, but found the brown to black showing proper resistance again. He stated that obviously we would need to replace the stator but that because of the F6 E3 error code, we would also need to replace the control. He advised that after that, there would be no further advisement made on this, as we will have replaced everything within the circuit in the lower harness showing that theres no issues with an open line. Ordering the stator and will return with the control. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. Arrived onsite for oven needing calibration. Upon arrival I noticed the oven was already set to factory settings. Ive been informed by the customer who is selling their house that the inspector used a IR Gun for temp testing. I ran a bake cycle and measured temps with my digital thermometer. I found it averaging 362 degrees. I put a -10 degree offset in the control and tested the oven. Finding it averaging 351 degrees. The oven is working as designed. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door missing screws. Upon further inspection, the maintenance rep provided some mounting screws that came off of a dishwasher door. I found the screws mounted to the inside the dishwasher outer door trim piece (photo) and had been ripped out of the particle board on the inside of the trim piece (photo). I found no part numbers for the trim piece in the breakdown, but did find the installation instructions for it. I found no part numbers for the trim and advised the maintenance rep that they would need to talk to the builder and have them order a new trim piece and get longer screws. The builder arrived shortly before we left and I recommended they speak to their Whirlpool Rep and discuss getting a new trim piece and getting longer screws for the mounts. If issue gets worse all we can do is replace the door since there is no gasket to install. Tech line advised to allow the ice door gasket time to conform to the door and possible replace door if leak gets worse. Parts used - W11678832. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not advancing through cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit will not even start a cycle and then itll make a couple clicking sounds, and then not advance forward. I ran into through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error code. Check behind the washer and found the hot water turned off at the wall. I found that the customer had set the wash temperature for hot, causing the issue. I attempted to open up the valve at the wall and found it completely stuck. Freezer items have had frost on them before, but not consistently. I applied the following fixes to resolve - turned on mullion heaters to all the time, sealed the liner with silicon, and raised the freezer door a few millimeters. Household was around 62% humidity. This should fully resolve as much moisture as I can remove. Customer keeps the house around 77, so humidity is a bit high. Advised these fixed should reduce moisture buildup, but with the higher temp it may still create some. Repair completed. Parts used - W10841140."

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher leaking from underneath. The customer also stated that it wasnt draining. I found the drain hose not routed through the rear of the machine and mounted from the side causing the elbow to collapse where its connected at the machine and not allowing water to drain. I corrected the drain hose connection and tested the machine. I found an F9E1 error caused by the pinched hose and deleted it. I ran the diagnostics cycle and it completed the cycle and worked as designed. There were a bunch of suds at the end of the cycle with no rinse aid or detergent in the machine. I found a bottle of Dawn platinum hand wash detergent under the sink and I suspect that had been put in the machine. I used some cooking oil to break the suds down and ran another cycle. The suds are gone and there were no water leaks present at the time of service. I advised the customer to call the installers back out because they did not install the undercounter cabinet brackets and screws to hold the machine securely in the cabinet. They ran a screw on both sides thru the tub into the cabinet and the door rubs on the screw heads. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. I noticed the top corner of the gasket on both sides dented in causing the water to leak down the door. I replaced the gasket and there no water leaks are occurring now after diagnostics cycle. Job complete. INSTALLED W11483553 GASKET.

Arrived onsite for dryer not powering on/ operating. Tested voltage at control and was only getting 87 VAC from L1 to neutral. Measured voltage at the outlet with plug partially pulled out and had 123 VAC between L1 and neutral and noticed control was blinking. I found that when wiggling the plug at the outlet I would get 123 volts but when I let got I would get 87 VAC. I showed this to the customer and explained to him he had an outlet issue. When the dryer is getting correct voltage it is operating as designed. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

Arrived onsite for dryer not stopping when door opens. On inspection the dryer keeps running when the door is opened. I tested the door lock and it was bad. Installed the new door lock and the unit stops spinning when the door is opened and now the chime is working when the dryer is completed. W11551763. The unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for rc not cooling. On inspection found that the fc was 0 and the 55?. Tested the damper and it was opening and closing correctly. Tested the evap fan and it never turn on. I found that there was only 79vac to the fan. Talked with Gerry and I installed a new UI W11642241. I still was only getting 79 vac to the fan loaded or unloaded. I then talked with WP Techline and we came to the conclusion that the main control board needs to be replaced. Ordering a new control. No water leaks detected during service. Arrived onsite for cooktop front bezel replacement. Installed the new front bezel on to the cook top. Confirm all burners ignited. The unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks were detected during service.
