I cleared the code and continued with testing. When the unit was supposed to be filling with water, no water was coming in. I found that the water valve under the sink was turned off. I stopped testing and turned the water on and retested. The unit operated as designed. I leveled the unit and advised the customer of my findings. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Before installing the diagnosed parts, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested showing no error codes. The unit began operating as designed but then the motor ran intermittently. I contacted Techline and spoke to JK and advised of my findings. JK advised to test ohms to the harness and if it ohmed out fine to replace the control. He provided File #7725816634. I tested ohms to all points of the harness and it was good. I removed and replace the control and retested. The unit operated as designed. I tested the unit in a normal wash cycle and it operated as designed. I tested the unit on ProWash cycle (customer selection) and it operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

OVEN KITCHENAID KEMS309BSS01 "arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked fault codes. The unit showed F1E5. I turned the power off at the breaker and I then turned it back on. I cleared the code and tested the microwave for one minute. The unit stopped functioning at approximately 38 seconds left. Following service matters tech sheet, I checked the P21 & P22 connections and they were good. I checked ohms at both connections and they were good. I removed and replaced the microwave appliance manager and retested and the unit again stopped at about 38 seconds and showed F1E5. I removed and replaced the inverter board and retested. The unit operated as designed. I checked the magnetron for failure and it was good as was the wave guide.
