Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that is freezing product in the RC. Mr has the temp set at 42 degrees when I arrived and the RC was at 32 degrees at the center shelf. I tested the dampener and found it working as designed and when the door was closed no air was leaking around it. I checked the temp at the RC thermistor and it was at 50 degrees so I checked the resistance of the thermistor at the control and had 5.3K ohms which puts it in range. I changed the HV control and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. I found the refrigerator not level affecting the doors. I tried to level the unit for the customer but the floor in the back of the unit is out of level. I showed ms this and she is going to have the builder correct it. Call complete.

I found that the right RC door was higher then the left and both pantry drawer doors were sagging in the middle. I adjusted the pantry doors then leveled the unit. I inspected the unit and found the ic bin door gasket was crimped and needs to be replaced. I no other issues found. I am ordering the ice bin door .
