"WED72HEDW0 Arrived to inspect non-starting and failure during operation. The customer advised both issues had occurred and upon initial testing, I found the relay could be heard, but there was no drum operation. Testing at the motor relay, I found line VAC present to the circuit, ruling out the control assembly. Inspection of the motor circuit revealed all connections with very good continuity of circuit, but the thermal fuse was open again. During testing I noted a pathway between N and G with the machine unplugged and found the it incorrectly wired, I corrected at the terminal block, solving the issue. Further testing revealed the main control heater relay had failed, welding the terminals shut with a constant connection and resistance of 39.8 ohms. Replacing the thermal fuse and and control, the unit resumed full normal operation and heated and cycled as designed. Airflow testing was sufficient and I advised the customer."

I gained access to the igniter wire and found oil on the wire. I pulled and cleaned the wire with soap and water,then dried it. Reinstalled the igniter wire and tested the burner. The burner is working as designed now and no gas leaks detected during service. No parts were installed. If problem persists Order igniter wire for trip back."

Found rc thermistors had failed along with two large gaps in defrost drain line near compressor, rescheduled customer for 06/20/24 as well as instructed customer they would need to defrost unit for at least two days. "Arrived on site to replace outer tub diagnosed on previous trip. Upon arrival ran test cycle to view noise, unable to replicate noise but could see play in pedestal. Upon closer inspection found nearly all screws in pedestal loose, tightened all screws and braces on pedestal. Also found unit touching back wall and water lines and drain smushed tight. Also found jam nuts not adjusted to touch lower portion of cabinet causing rattling and legs having play and tapping within leg housing. Adjusted jam nuts legs no longer rattle when tilting unit and has no play left/right or up/down like it did upon arrival. Ran another test cycle unit sounds significantly better. Informed customer of water lines and drains pressed between wall and unit with no wiggle room, the lines will continue to vibrate due to only possible location to have unit. Showed customer wiggle that was in legs at arrival and lack of wiggle now customer stated that was noise heard was the tap of legs without jam nuts in correct location. Job complete. NO PARTS USED"

"Arrived onsite for low ice production from Ice Machine. On inspection found the ice plate frosted but no water going across the plate. Confirmed water was turned on, pulled filter and got water to start flowing. I powered the unit off in back on and the flash cycle never started. Installed new recirculating pump and the water bin drain pump. Powered unit back on, the flush cycle ran and it stared to make ice slab. When I left there slap was half done. Unit 553. Arrived on site for unit building condensation in the drum. Upon arrival inspected unit. Customer had just finished running a load. Load did complete properly. Customer stated that in the unit is not in use. It starts to build condensation. Customer stated condensation will start to build on the glass door and then lead into the drum. Unit is a base model dryer with no steam function or water supply. Condensation is due to high humidity weather moving through the vent and into the unit colliding with 70? internal temperature causing condensation. There is no way for the unit to create water. Notified customer to leave the door open for proper ventilation and reduce condensation buildup. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Customer stated sometimes the icemaker will quit for two or three days and then start back up. Ran test on icemaker unit, harvested and filled properly. Inspected further, and found condenser cover, and coils were completely matted. Cleaned coils and notified customer that dirty coils can cause temperature fluctuations, and if freezer temperature goes up enough, the icemaker will not make ice or take longer to make ice . Recommended yearly cleaning. Also power cycled unit to clear any potential glitches . Unit is currently functioning as designed. Job complete . No parts installed"

"Arrived on site to inspect range burner not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the cooktop middle burner does not ignite but they can hear the ignitor arcing. I removed the burner head/cap assembly and found the ignitor had dropped down into the cooktop. I reseated the ignitor and set the clip and retested. Also found the middle burner head/cap assembly had a large amount of cooking oils/grease in between the cap and head. Disassembled the assembly and cleaned the debris and reassembled and tested all burners. Unit is operating as designed. I did find that the front left burner valve knob is loose and missing the sleeve from the stem and the stem is cracked. I recommended the customer contact the manufacturer and see if they would send them some new knobs. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and manually tested the fill valve, spin cycle and drain pump. I found while the unit was spinning, I could hear a rattling noise. I stopped testing and inspected the washplate area and found some debris under the plate. I removed the washplate and found a penny under it. Removed the penny and reassembled the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."
