"Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that is only cooling good on the lower shelf and everything gets warmer towards the upper shelf. I found the evaporator fan motor running. I found the evaporator iced up. I found all thermistors good. I started defrosting the unit to further diagnose and found the drain tube restricted. I found the tube completely plugged causing the issue. I also found the clips on the cover broken because of the ice swelling. Need to replace the evaporator cover, defrost the evaporator, and remove the restriction in the drain line. I sealed the drain tube back in place. Ordering WPW10501260 COVER-EVAP. ; ordrng 1 WPW10501260 (COVER-EVAP)"

"arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise the unit is making. The nit is making a squeaking noise during agitation mode. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and checked underneath and found a large amount of gearcase oil on all f ur panels, the drain pump and recirculating pump. I advised the customer of my findings. I removed and replaced the gearcase and clutch and calibrated the unit. Retested the unit and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for the dishwasher that is leaking from underneath. Ms stated the unit leaks at the front left corner of the machine. I tested the unit in diagnostics and there were no stored error codes. The unit complete the cycle and worked as designed. There were no water leaks present any where. I removed the outer door and checked around the dispenser seal and it was good and not leaking. I ran a 2nd test and found a few drops of water coming from under the fill valve area. I removed the removed the valve from the frame and found the valve not leaking and the water coming from somewhere else. I found the seals on the 3rd level rack not sealing properly and the water leak coming from the front left seal on the left side. The rail appears loose. I confirmed that the leaks were coming from the left 3rd level rack bolts. I tightened the bolts and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed and is no longer leaking. Call complete.

I stopped testing and removed the cup and found the water still cold. I removed the unit from the wall and removed the cover. I found where the diode was beginning the burn and found the magnetron open. I removed and replaced the magnetron/capacitor/diode and retested and the unit operated as designed. Job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners not lighting. Upon further inspection, I tested all of the burners and found the left front and rear Ignitors don’t arc. I removed the cooktop and found that both Ignitor wires plugged from the spark module. I reconnected both wires and retested and the unit operates as designed. I contacted the builder and advised of my findings and repairs and also advised that the cooktop is scratched in the bottom right corner near the far right burner knob. The builder advised that he would speak with his supervisor and advise whether or not they were going to buff it out or need the cooktop replaced. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

(JM) Arrived on site to replace a new oven gasket due to fire damage. Inspected unit and work area. Found gasket had been completely destroyed and burn marks on the top of the oven. Removed failed gasket and installed new gasket. Tested unit and all tests ran as they should.

"Arrived onsite for the refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts and the customer stated there was a puddle of water on the top of the FC door. Ms also stated the water dispenser hadn’t worked all weekend and wasn’t working prior to my arrival but stated it’s working now. Ms also stated the FC door doesn’t open and close well. Ms had a photo of the water puddle on top of the FC door. I suspect the water came from the filter area of the RC but I didn’t see any water on the door gasket. Ms stated it only happened once. I found extremely high water pressure and suspect the fill valve locking up and not opening at times. The previous tech closed down the wall valve but the pressure is still to high. Need to install a pressure reducing valve. I found the FC rails causing the door closure issues and the rails need to be replaced.
