"Arrived on site to diagnose freezer that customer says is shutting off causing the items inside to warm up. Freezer is in the garage. Issue is intermittent, but happens regularly causing items to spoil. Talked to Steve at tech line about what could cause this to be intermittent, and only options are either an out of range thermistor or control. Replaced both the compartment thermistor and control. Retested and unit kicked on and started cooling immediately. Advised customer to make sure door can fully close and does not create any kind of gap as well. All is working as designed at this time."

I gained access to the evaporator and found air dye at the evaporator and an ice ball covering the cap tube am replacing the evaporator. I evacuated the system and removed the failed evaporator. I installed a new evaporator, and did a push pull test. I pulled a 30 inch vacuum And charged the system with 5.0 oz f refrigerant. I monitored the pressures and found the low side at 0. I monitored for a good frost pattern. System is operating as designed. Job complete."

I found the compartments only a little cooler than room temp. I found the system still charged but it was low. I found no signs of oil anywhere. I installed a dye drier using lokring and a low side service tap on the compressor. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 3.7 oz’s of R134A. "Arrived on site for a washer that’s not spilling out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Placed in in service diagnostics and found an F3 E1 (pressure system fault), F9 E1 (long drain), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. Tested unit for an auto test and found the unit over filling with water. Placed unit in a drain and unit drained most of the water but stopped with a little water at the bottom. I ran the unit through a drain and spin and unit drained but kept running the drain pump. Removed pressure hose from control and unit stopped draining. Turned off unit and reapplied the drain hose. Placed unit in service diagnostics again and unit ran as designed. Had customer run a heavier load which she said caused her issues. Noticed the customer was using too much soap and oxi when running a heavy load. Unit began to oversud. Advised customer of use and care guide for unit and unit ran as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a cooktop that when turning on the RF burner the LR burner comes on. I found all four burner controls turning the burner on diagonally from it on the opposite side of the cooktop. I power cycled the unit and reconfigured it to 24 just like the tech sheet shows and tested the unit having the same results. I called techline and spoke with Bruce. Bruce stated it sounds like the wiring to the UI was reversed and advised checking that SR# 7727987646. I checked all of the wiring on the module and the UI and found everything connected correctly. I removed the module that was replaced on a previous visit on 5/13/2020. I tested the unit and found all of the burners working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for water dispensing slow. I checked the water from the dispenser and found it coming out slow. I removed the water filter and tested again. It was still coming out slow. I gained access to the back of the fridge and inspected the the inlet valve and breaded line. I found part of the gasket for the breaded line was jammed into the valve restricting flow. I removed the gasket and put in a new 1/4 inch tube from the wall valve to the inlet valve and tested the water dispenser. Water is dispensing at a normal rate. No water leaks detected. Job complete.

Showed the customer the difference between restricted air flow and good air flow. Customer agrees that there is still a clog in the vent in the home. "Arrived on site to preform sealed system repair on refrigerator. Checked frost pattern and noted only top coil of freezer would frost but full pattern on RC evap. As this is a looped system unit is low on refrigerant. Inspected unit for oil in evap sections and compressor compartment. Found no oil in evap areas, but it was leaking out from cavity where the lines enter the compressor compartment. No repairs can be done to correct issue, job is complete."

Arrived onsite for a ice machine not filling with water. I ran diagnostics and found the control showing the reservoir was empty but the fill valve was not opening. I checked for water from the wall to the machine and the customer had good water pressure. I checked voltage at the valve and had 120VAC on the black and white wires and no DC voltage on the other connector. I disconnected the water level sensor and ran the same test getting the same results of 0VDC. I spoke with CS. The control needs to be replaced.

I inspected the freezer switch and found it intermittently activating. I replaced the freezer switch with new. The light come on and the open door indicator come on when the freezer door is open. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator section freezing foods. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=8degrees and RC=33 degrees. Customer provided photos of frost built up on the damper cover. Tested the damper and it was lagging when it opened/closed and the motor was loud. Removed and replaced the damper control and retested and it’s operating as designed. Also found the right RC door gasket is torn. "Arrived on site to continue diagnosis of ongoing cooling issues in FC and 3 way valve hammering. On arrival customer said FC was warming up again several days ago. said he had put the unit in diag mode after reading online as well as ran thermistor check. After removing it from diag mode, unit started cooling normally again. Frequently the 3 way valve will just ha,met and hammer for up to 30 mins, customer had several videos. At the time I arrived and checked the unit, there were no defrost issues found, and temps were normal. Went in and out of diag mode a couple times and never heard the 3 way valve reset like normal. Talked to CS and recommended we do the a 3 way valve under sealed system under warranty, as well as replace main PCB. Ordering compressor and access valve, with the 3 way valve and control being marked for use on return visit. . ; ordrng 1 W10832994 (compressor) and 1 W10913906 (coupler)"

"Arrived on site for dishwasher that still not allowing cycles to be selected and is blinking the clean LED light. Inspected unit and work area. Issue is due to a heating circuit problem and measured resistance to the heater and high limit thermostat. Heater was within range. Tested continuity going through the heater relay and was finding inconsistent continuity. I called Techline and spoke to Dave SR# 7727984355. He advised that if the dishwasher started and the unit would heat during the diagnostics cycle if the door switch was activated, that the issue would be with the control. He advised the diagnostics test would bypass several relays due to forcing it into a heat. He advised to replace the control to fix the issue. Replaced control and ran unit through a diagnostics cycle. Unit ran as designed. Call complete."
