DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT920SADM3 Arrived onsite for dishwasher still filling with water after use and not powered on. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found all functions passed. I watched the cavity where the OWI sensor and drain is housed and found that water was coming up from the drain. I removed the hose at the drain pump and inspected the check valve. The valve was sealing good. I asked the customer to run the R/O system while the drain hose disconnected. I found that the hose would drip when the R/O system was used. I advised to get the system rerouted away from the drain hose. In the event of a callback please send drain hose. Job complete.

I tested the unit and heard the damper having trouble opening. I gained access to damper and found slight damage on part causing issue. I uninstalled old damper and the installed a new one. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF535SMBM00 "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that he could hear what sounded like a fan rubbing. Customer advised that when he called the unit in for repair, he was told to unplug the unit and he did and the noise went away after plugging it back in. Customer advised that they have been finding ice build up at the opening of the freezer door. When I opened the FC door, I found a small piece of ice at the top of the FC section at the opening near the light switch. I checked the FC door gasket and found it gapped at the top right center area of the gasket. I placed a piece of sticky foam under the gasket to push the gasket out towards the chassis and using my heat gun, I heated the gasket and reshaped it so that it would mold to the chassis and close the gap for a temporary fix. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 2 W10571967 (frz door gasket (gr))s"

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED5100HW1 Arrived on site for Dryer Stops Mid-Cycle. Placed in diagnostics and had no errors. Lid switch tested faulty. Replaced lid switch and cleared lint trap. Lint trap was overflowing with lint. Ran dryer with dry clothes inside and it ran for 6 minutes no issue. Explained to customer how the sensors inside the drum will sense wet clothes and that mixing loads like jeans with shirts may cause the dryer to end a drying cycle earlier than it should leaving the jeans still wet. Due to the FC evaporator defrost thermistor failing and the evap cover insulation breaking, I removed and replaced the evap,motor harness and positioned the defrost thermistor properly on the suction line with foil tape and ziptie. Removed and replaced the evap cover. Per service pointer #W11092686F, I removed and replaced the RC evap motor/harness and placed the thermistor on the suction line securing it with foil tape and ziptie and secured the evaporator to the back of the cabinet with clamps and zipties. Removed and replaced the hv control and checked the drain tube and using silicone I sealed the gap between the tube and chassis. Tested unit and it began to cool. Recommended that the customer give the unit at least 12 hours to fully cool and at least 24 hours for ice to produce. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR AMANA ASD2627KEW Arrived onsite for refrigerator with loss of cool in the FC and RC upon inspection I found the refrigerator at a complete no cool in both sections. The customer showed me a pic of the evaporator from a different companies visit and it showed a wall of ice on the top half of the evaporator. I accessed the evaporator and found a ball of ice on the capillary tube and no frost pattern on the evaporator. I cycled the power and heard the compressor kick on. I tested amp draw and got a reading of .95 . After about 20 mins the evaporator never had a frost pattern past the ice ball I am ordering a sealed system repair. Ordering compressor (W10160407) evaporator (12001940) access valve(W10913906) drier(WPW10143759)requesting SS tech and 2 to 3 hours for repair. Repair will need AUTHO. Pulled the unit from the wall and remove the fan cover and found the harness was not fully inserted to the clip. Adjusted the harness and retested and the harness is not staying attached to the clip. RANGE WHIRLPOOL SF367LEMB0 Arrived on site for OVEN NOT HEATING PROP- TAKES LONG TIME TO COOK ANYTHING- VERY LITTLE HEAT- JUST HEARING CLICKINGRan temps and on fourth temp the burner was not staying lit. Removed bottom cover and burner cover and found a large amount of ash inside. Vacuumed out the ash to ensure the igniter and burner aren’t restricted. Also vacuumed debris underneath the oven to prevent proper air flow to ensure igniter and flame stay lit without restriction. Reinstalled covers and ran temps. Igniter lit flames on first click. Temps going up and down as designed. No leak detected. No parts needed. Job completed
