I tested all of the burners and all appeared to be normal and consistent with the way flames appeared from propane. Checked the orifices and they were good. I advised the customer that the red tips were normal and possibly due to the sealant used at the gas line connections mixing with the gas and burning off, but nothing to be alarmed with. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Ms stated they heard the ice maker water come on and water ran out of the ice chute. I found the icemaker completely jammed up and packed with ice between the ice maker and the housing. I removed all of the ice and tested the ice maker. The unit cycled and filled working as designed. Ms stated that when the unit wouldn’t dispense water she opened and closed the door and it would work. The FC door concave area but it is contacting the switch. I opened and closed the door multiple times and finally got the switch to fail keeping the lights on with the door closed. The door switch needs to be replaced. Ordering W11396033 SWITCH. Will return with the icemaker just in case it jambs again. ordrng 1 W11396033 (SWITCH)

I tested the oven temps at 350 degrees. I found the oven cycling between 331-384 degrees. I put a -10 degree offset in the control and tested. The temp is averaging 348 degrees and is working as designed. Mr and I put in a pre-cooked loaf of bread that MW stated had been burning on the top at 350 degrees for 3 minutes and the loaf came out perfect and crisp on all sides. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit has begun to make the squeaking noises it made before the last repair. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E5-off balance load. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed with no unusual noises. I placed the unit in manual test mode and tested high speed spin and still could not duplicate the noise. I tilted the unit back and found where the rotor appeared to have been rubbing on the floor due to the weight of the basket and the unit feet not lowered enough. DRYER MAYTAG MGD5500FW0 "arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer had a load drying when I arrived. I could not hear any grinding noises. Removed the clothing articles and disassembled the unit. Did not find any debris in the drum gaskets. I found that the tension pulley roller, the ack right roller and the front left roller were not rotating well and there was debris on the axle. I advised the customer of my findings and I removed and replaced the belt, tension pulley roller and all four drum rollers. Cleaned the lint from the unit and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating quietly as designed. No lint observed at the end of service and no gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
