"Arrived on site for a washer that would not start. Inspected unit and work area. Turned unit on and placed unit in service diagnostics. Found no stored error codes. Tested unit in an auto testing unit ran as designed. Had customer load unit and start a cycle. Customer advised as soon as the unit started that the unit was staying that they needed to add clothes and that they had already had clothes in the unit. They said when this happens, they try to press start to activate the washer and that it doesn’t start. Ran the load and unit began to sense and fill with water after 10 seconds. I advised the customer this was normal operation and that the machine wanted to make sure the unit was filled before starting the cycle because the lid locks after it starts. Went over user care guide and unit is working as designed.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly again. I found the low side pressures bouncing in between a 2 psi vacuum and a 6 psi vacuum. I checked the unit with a UV light and could not find any signs of a leak. I did find a small clump of ice around the capillary at the evaporator. When the unit is setting idle and the pressure equalizes the low side is at 40 psi but the high side remains at 0 psi. I called techline and spoke with Richard SR# 7728021981. Richard stated it’s sounded like a restriction on the high side or another bad compressor. Richard advised checking the high side capillary to see if it was restricted. The pressures didn’t seem correct on the high side so I changed hoses just to see if I had a hose issue. I tested the pressures again and had an 8 psi vacuum on the low and 175 psi on the high side. I evacuated the system and replaced the drier. I ran the compressor and did a suck and blow test and there were no restricti

Arrived onsite for washer not spinning. I put the unit into the auto diagnostics cycle. When the unit got to the agitate cycle it would not change gear to agitate and made a loud buzzing or grinding sound. I put the unit into manual test mode to test the spin and got the same noise. I inspected the cam and shifter and all checks good so I suspected the issue to be a faulty actuator. I replaced the actuator (W10913953) and put into diagnostics. The unit is now working as designed with no more buzzing. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave not venting. Upon further inspection, I found that the range sticks out approximately 1-2 feet from the front of the microwave(photo). Using a piece of paper, I tested the vent on high and it sucked the paper out of my hand. I removed the unit from the wall and found that the damper was stuck 3/4 open. Also found that the vent tube going outside was causing the damper to function correctly. I adjusted the vent tube and adjusted the damper and placed the unit back on the wall and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended to the customer to purchase a carbon filter as they last longer and less maintenance. Job completed."

Arrived once again for washer not completing cycles.DW instructed me to remove the hose from the connector the customer has it hooked to and place a bucket there to confirm the ongoing issues are directly related to the customers drain system.I ran a quick wash cycle with the bucket underneath the drain and unit tested as designed.Customer set up is not allowing the unit to drain properly because the hook up is causing the unit to siphon back into the unit not allowing it to complete the cycle.I photographed and videotaped the service from today and forwarded it to EH in claims and DW (supervisor).Unit will work as designed if not hooked to the drain pipe leading to the yard.Photos attached.Claims notified of service issues and outcome.All water lines were dry at the end of service.Job complete

Upon further inspection, customer advised that another tech company had been out and diagnosed the unit needing an ice maker and compressor, but never returned. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with no ice being made. On arrival I could also hear the fan in the FC buzzing loudly. Customer also informed me that at times the lights wouldn’t come on when the doors opened, and that it would beep at them sometimes. Performed diagnosis and found FC fan needs to be replaced to start since there is no defrost issue, as well as possibly door switches / control. Called tech line to document as well, SR7728025110. Tech line says a bad or shorting fan can cause issues with the DC voltages, which can affect the lights and icemaker both. Icemaker does cycle in diagnostics. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly again. I found the temps warmer than normal. I inspected the unit for a refrigerant leak. I removed the RC evaporator cover and found dye coming out of the liner where the lines come out to the evaporator. I took a photo of the leak in SDQP. I found the compressor was extremely hot and I explained to the customer that I would call techline and have it documented because the unit is not repairable due to where the leak is. I called techline and spoke with JK. I explained to JK what I had found. JK stated he had to have the high side and low side pressures to document the call. He stated I needed to call back after I got those. I checked pressures and found the high side at 115 psi and low side in a 2 psi vacuum. The hold times with the factory were too long and I had to get on my next call.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced magnetron and tested unit. Unit still came up with the F1 E6 error code. I inspected the magnetron and found it completely burned on the edges. Inspected wave guide cover and found an arc mark on the wave guide cover. I called Techline because of a concern about the wave guide and spoke to Robert SR# 7728018543. He advised that he did not like the sound of the wave guide but to go ahead and continue with repairs. He advised to replace the inverter and then the microwave control of the inverter didn’t work. He advised if those didn’t fix the issue to call back. I replaced the inverter and tested the unit. Unit still came on with the F1 E6 (magnetron error). Went through tech sheet and replaced the microwave control. Tested unit and still did not work.
