"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker slow production. Upon further inspection, i tested temps in the FC=7 degrees and RC=39 degrees on factory settings. I found the ice bin a quarter of the way full. I tested the unit in tests 1, 2, 3, 15, 19, 36, 37, 56, 57, & 45. All tests passed. I tested the water dispenser and the water flow was normal. I checked both evaporators and both had good frost patterns. Due to the reoccurring issues with the ice maker, I removed and replaced the ice maker and IM fan. Retested the unit on the same tests as before and the unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for the refrigerator to replace possible pre-diagnosed parts. I found the evaporator with a block of ice on it where the capillary entered it which is a sign of a restriction. I evacuated the system and replaced the dryer and installed a service tap on the compressor. I vacuumed the system and it held the vacuum. I charged the system with 5.3 oz’s of R134A. I tested the unit and found the low side immediately went into a -20 psi vacuum and the high side showed 0 psi. The unit acted like it immediately lost the refrigerant charge but I never heard a leak. I cut the capillary tube at the evaporator and had nothing coming out. I pressurized the capillary at the dryer and found the capillary tube clear at the evaporator. I replaced the evaporator. I started unsoldering the dryer at the condenser drain pan heater connection and found a small amount of refrigerant leaking out in spurts. I called techline and spoke with David SR#7726376839.

I found that the drum belt had jumped off the pulley wheel and was wedged in between the wheel and pulley arm. Also found that the drum belt was badly frayed and will need to be replaced. Also found the drum rear seal was torn and causing the drum to rub the rear panel.. "arrived on site to inspect microwave with no power. Upon further inspection, I tested the outlet for voltage and got 121V. I removed the unit from the wall and removed the cover. I tested the fuse and it was good. I tested all of the thermostats and found the cavity thermostat open. I verified ohms at the switches. I am ordering the cavity thermostat and convection fan assembly (chamber) and will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 11/19/19. Disassembled consul and removed consul control board and found membrane on start button has a plastic piece that has broken off and is moving freely. "Arrived on site and replaced harness recommended by tech line on previous visit. Now dryer when started on a normal cycle will run for three seconds and give an F4E1 error. Spoke with tech line again and after confirming voltages while machine is off and running at control board, they recommended replacing control board. After replacing control board found issue is not corrected and dryer still doing the same thing and still reading the same voltage. Voltage shows 93 when measuring from black on relay to ground and jumped to 243 when dryer is started. It does this on both available control boards. Confirmed cut off is good, replaced thermostat, confirmed element is good, confirmed fuse is good, found good continuity through wiring from red on the control board to read on the motor while running. Called techline again and since I did not have any internet service at location for access to service matters and physical techsheet is not present they declined to
