Arrived onsite for the refrigerator still not cooling. I found the FC and RC temps good. I took a photo of the FC temp with the control set at 0 degrees. Ms stated the issue is the ice is still melting. I found the ice clumped in the center of the ice bin around the auger and in the lower part of the bin around the cutter blades. The outer ice in the bin was dry and smaller indicating it was evaporating. I checked the ice door and found it closed properly. I advised the customer on crushed ice use and explained some things with the ice door separator for them to watch for since they use a lot of crushed ice. The unit is working as designed at this time. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect washer dispenser issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the dispenser is full of water after every wash. They advised that when it happened previously, they found debris in the drain pump filter. I removed the filter and found no debris. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F9E1, F8E3. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. When the cold #1 valve was to come on, it failed. Also, the dispenser was full after testing. Due to the valve failure and the dispenser staying full, I removed and replaced the inlet valve and dispenser and retested. Unit operated as designed with no error codes. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs via text as they weren’t available at the time of repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I cleared the codes and ran the auto diagnostics cycle. I found some strange readings showing up. I called techline and spoke with Leon SR# 7726841888. Leon explained they were hexadecimal codes and showed me where they were on the tech sheet. The codes were 77, 75, & ED. The dryer was working as designed. I ran a temp test and found the airflow restricted and the temp dropping very slowly causing the check vent light issue. I advised the customer to have the vent cleaned. Call complete."
