Upon arrival customer noted that the unit was filling with water and then not completing a full wash cycle or cycle will take to long. Put unit into diagnostics mode and ran test cycle where it worked as designed. Checked error codes and found F5 - E3 lid unlock fault. Manually tested lid lock and found working as designed. I then checked the control and found the correct ohm readings at lid lock, but found only 1V DC at J12 connector, indicating the control is bad. Installed new control, calibrated unit, then tested and it worked as designed. Advised customer on water levels via user care guide. I called and let maintenance manager know of work done. Call complete."

Upon arrival the customer advised me that the cooktop is working just fine but when they tried using the oven there was a burning plastic smell and the oven would not get hot. I accessed the terminal block and found 2 or more of the wires were burned and separated. I found the connection very loose. The damage traveled down to the units power cord as well. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW4955HW1 Arrived onsite for washer with no power and not working at all. Upon inspection I found that when plugged in. The units drain pump would just hum and not drain. Also I can not put it into diagnostics. The unit was full of water when I arrived. I vacuumed the water and found the drain pump very hot. I removed and replaced the drain pump. After plugging the unit back in. The drain pump went into the manual pump test for about 7 to 10 mins. Once complete I was able to put the unit into diagnostics and run a automatic test cycle. All functions passed. Unit is working as designed and no leaks were detected during time of service.

Upon arrival I ran a diagnostics check on dryer and found 4 error codes (F3e2, f4e5, f3e7, f4e3). Upon further inspection I check the heating element, both high limits and secondary airflow fuses and found unit fluctuated temps according to its design. I then checked the moister sensors and thermistors per previous error codes at j13 and j14. Found ohm resistance within range for temp to ohm ratio in the schematics. I then found after running a second diagnostics test that the main control wasn’t sensing the thermistors or moisture sensors. I installed new contrl and retested unit a few times to ensure it was working as designed. Call complete."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF767SDEM01 "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=11 degrees. When I went to test temps in the RC, customer advised there was a block of ice at the back of the RC section. I found a small amount of ice forming at the bottom of the evap cover. Once I received authorization to replace parts, I removed the ice from the RC evaporator with my steamer and removed and replaced the evap motor harness. Positioned the thermistor at the weld of the suction line securing with foil tape and a ziptie. Pulled the evaporator back to the back of the unit and secured it with a clamp and ziptie. Removed and replaced the hv control and UI. Found the drain tube at the back of the unit gapped. Sealed it with silicone. Advised the customer to allow the unit to cool for 12 hours and 24 hours before it produces ice. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
