Arrived onsite for the dryer not turning on. Upon arrival dryer console was not coming when pressing the power button. Checked voltage again and it checked out ok. So replaced main control and console. Dryer still did not work. Console did not turn on. Tested voltage coming from the wall and we got 240VAC from neutral to L1 and 159VAC from neutral to L2 but got 240VAC from L1 to L2 and got 123VAC from ground to L1 and 123VAC from ground to L2 so there is an electrical issue with outlet or the power going to the outlet. Advised customer to call an electrician to check out outlet. Complete

Arrived onsite for the oven that is not keeping proper temp. I tested the oven at 350 degrees. I found the offset in the control set to 0. The oven was cycling between 250-290 degrees. I put a 30 degree offset in the control and the oven cycled between 310-350 degrees. I checked the sensor temp thru the control and found it within 10 degrees of my thermometer so the sensor is good. I turned the oven back on and when it cycled the temp rose to 420 degrees and started cycling between 380-420 degrees. The UI and possibly the main control will need to be replaced. I called techline and spoke with Andrew file# 7726618484. I explained my findings and Andrew verified the main control as the logic board. He advised to check the sensor and harness connections and if good to replace the control. I tested the harness and the sensor. The harness checked good and the sensor ohmed out correctly. I replaced the main control and retested. The unit is working as designed an

"arrived on site to inspect microwave noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit sitting on the countertop, so I plugged it in and when it turned on I could hear a rattle noise or and electrical noise coming from the ack right side. I found that the back right side was badly damaged/dented as was the right side of the panel/cover. Using a cup of water, I tested the unit and it did not heat and I found that the magnetron was extremely hot. I removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor, & diode and retested and it operated as designed. When I put the unit back in its place on the wall and retested, the noise came back and after a few seconds, the unit shut down as if it were grounding out. I removed the unit from the wall and contacted Techline for assistance. Spoke to Brian and while advising of my findings, I found a large gap in the cabinet at the opening of the door. Removed back and top and checked suspension and ran cycle. Did not see any excessive movement but did hear squeaking that almost sounded like an automotive belt. Removed rotor bolt and applied loctite and reinstalled. Ran unit again and squeaking was gone. Rotor bolt needed to be tightened to secure. Advised customer that newer units tend to be much lighter and do make some noise when running heavy loads. No water leaks found at time of service. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not spinning just like the previous issue. I removed the front panel and checked the ground wire, which was repaired at the previous service call due to it being broken, and it was secured. When I checked the connections at the motor, the connector with the ground wire and three other wires arced. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and it operated as designed. I tested the unit in the Spin/Drain mode and it operated as designed. I contacted ge Techline and spoke to Mark and advised of my findings. Mark advised to replace the motor harness/jumper repair kit (WH49X10096).. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No fees charged due to callback occurring issue."

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I defrosted the RC coil. I installed the new fan harness and relocated the evaporator thermistor using a zip tie and foil tape. I replaced the UI. I tested the unit in service step 4 and found the 3 way valve working as designed. I checked the drain tube and found it cleared and sealed properly.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking about 10 minutes into cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Found heater bent Performed diagnostics mode, no error codes. Inspected for leak. Found unit leaking on right side towards the end of test cycle. Removed door panel and inspected. Corrected heater. Performed diagnostics mode with outer door panel removed. Found leak was coming from float assembly, found wash arm getting stuck on element and causing improper spray action and causing failure. Performed diagnostics mode again and inspected for leaks. Found heater was at fault. All tested good, no water leaks detected.
