I tested the evaporator thermistor and it read 150.6 ohms at room temperature which was way out of range. I replaced the thermistor. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL KRFC704FPS03 Arrived onsite for refrigerator loosing cool in the RC. Upon inspection I found the RC temp at 44 degrees I found the UI set on 43 in RC and 2 in FC. I noticed a small amount of ice at the bottom of the FC evaporator cover so I removed to inspect. The FC was free and clear of any ice build up and both fans were working as designed. In removing the bins and brackets in the FC I damaged the bracket stoppers and the bracket assemblies. I ran a diagnostics test on all fans and thermistors and all passed. I could not see any frost build up on the RC evaporator cover. I changed the temp down to 37 in RC and 0 in FC and asked the customer to monitor the unit. I am ordering both FC brackets and returning with the control UI and HV control just Incase. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5000DW3 Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed lower harness assembly as well as any other parts that might be needed for washer not draining properly. After installing the main harness I was able to get the washer to reset part of the way but I ended up having to replace the main control because the unit would not go through the proper recalibration cycle after replacing the main control and lower harness I was able to fully reset the machine and test all the functionality out and ensure that the unit was functioning as designed the unit now feels agitated and drains exactly as intended. WASHER MAYTAG MVWB835DW4 "Arrived on site for a washer that is still making a squealing sound at the beginning of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Customer loaded up a normal load with several towels and on the second try, I was able to replicate the sound they were experiencing. I stop the cycle and spun the basket by hand and was able to replicate the sound still but only for a quarter turn before it stopped. Removed agitator, basket cover, spanner net, and pulled the basket. Found nothing rubbing underneath the basket. I called techline and spoke to Ed SR# 7729210542. He had me remove the rotor and stater to check the slider and found no issues. He advised that the issue was probably either with the slider and/or the gear case assembly since I was able to replicate it spin in the basket by hand. He advised to replace those two parts for repair. Ordering parts and Office will need to contact ; ordrng 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W11455453 (GEAR CASE )"

The customer stated the icemaker basket had frozen over and they unplugged it to melt the ice. I removed the ice maker and found an air leak at the fill tube, I sealed the air leak with food grade silicone. I also found the unit had low pressure at the water dispenser. I found the customer on a water filtration system. I spoke to the customer about not needing a water file term since it is already being filtered. I removed the filter and found the water pressure good. The unit is working as designed. Job complete."

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF130PAHB1 "Arrived on site for dishwasher to drying the dishes. Upon arrival I entered the unit into a diagnostics mode but found no error codes were stored nor any other indication that there was a soft/hardware issue. I then ran a test cycle and found heating element ohming at 23ohms and the high limit tstat ohmed at .4ohms. Both were within safe ranges and when power was supplied, both parts received 120v. I did go over the method and process of the heating process with customers. I informed customers that tech (TG) will need to get with whirlpool techline during business hours to verify if there’s anything else with unit that could be causing the not drying symptoms. Upon arrival unit had some water droplets along inner tub (both top and sides) and some dishes laid upside down had pools of water on top but other then that unit was functioning as designed. Office to reschedule depending on whirlpools recommendation. ; saved tckt"

DRYER MAYTAG MGD6630HC1 "Arrived onsite for dryer with water leaking from the door. Resident also stated the unit will shut off mid cycle and clothes are still wet. Upon inspection I found no error codes stored in the unit via diagnostics. I verified airflow with the test kit. the unit was also spinning and heating. As I returned from verifying air flow outside, the unit had shut off on my way back inside. I called techline and they informed me that the unit will shut off if there is nothing inside the drum. He advised me to take 6 to 8 towels and test a large load to confirm that the unit will only turn off with small loads. The customer had a washer with clothes ready to be dried so I used those to test. The customer confirmed that they don’t use the steam function often. I waited about 25 mins and the unit did not turn off and the steam function did not turn on. Techline gave me SR#7729212425. I advised the customer the monitor the unit and let us know if it still cuts off mid cycl
