Placed unit in diagnostic mode and found an F7 E5 (shifter fault) and F8 E1 (long/no fill). Inspected unit and found no hot water connection on the hot valve. Unit was placed on a cool cycle and could not draw hot water. Turned water temperature down to tap cold and tested unit. Unit began to run a normal cycle. The unit filled, agitated, and began to fill and agitate more. I placed the unit into a manual test and was able to lock the lid. I tested the spin and agitation several times with no shifter issues. Unit worked as designed. Call complete."

"arrived on site to inspect washer noises during agitation. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F21-long drain. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. Customer advised that the unit made a whistling noise during agitation. I retested the unit and it continued to operate as designed but this time it made the whistling or squeaking noise the customer described. Due to the error code, I checked the drain pump and found it clean with minimal sludge/slime debris. I advised the customer that due to the noise coming from in between the basket and tub, the tub assembly would have to be replaced.

"arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the first time they tried to use the oven an error code came on regarding the fan. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4 and F8E0. I cycled the power to the unit and cleared the codes and tested the fan on high and low speeds while testing voltage at the control. Both speeds provided 125V. When I began to test high speed, I couldn’t hear the fan blowing. I found a zip tie in the fan blades blocking the fan from blowing. I removed the debris and retested and the fan is operating as designed. Due to the F6E4 error code, I followed the tech sheet and removed and replaced the main ACU. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. I provided the customer with the number to the Connect team- 866-333-4591 and advised them to connect to the WiFi in order to receive updates to software. Job completed."

Placed gauges on system and found high side @350psi and low side @ 5psi. Called WPL Techline Mark SR7726922713 and advised possible air or containment in system. Advised to evacuate refrigerant and put in deep vacuum and recharge. Vacuumed unit down for about 20 mins. Charged unit with 5.3oz of R134a refrigerant. Ran test 4 and found good frost pattern on both evaporators. Pressure were normal on both high and low side. No other issues found. All water connections were dry at time of service.

Due to the left RC door leaking from the water filter area, I removed and replaced the left RC door and installed a new water filter assembly. I removed the ice maker assembly and the dispenser assembly from the old door and installed them to the new door. Checked all water connections and were dry. Tested the door components and all were functioning. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Ran test 44 and 45 and found water is barely trickling in when filling. I found the shims not under the back right side correct because the floor from left to right in the rear is not level and I showed this to ms. Ms stated that Wilson Appliance had come out and replaced the back right roller. I corrected the shims and tried to level the unit but the front left leveling foot is stripped and the right one is in bad shape also. Need to replace both leveling feet to complete service.
