Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that started rebooting itself every 4 minutes. I ran service test 3 and as soon the FC fan turned on it caused the UI to reboot. There is a communication issue between the UI and fan. I suspect the fan is shorting out causing the issue. The fan will need to be replaced and possibly the UI. "arrived on site to inspect microwave not operating. Upon further inspection, I found the unit powered up and functioning. I tested operations with a cup of water and after 30 secs. the water was hot. I checked continuity to the switches and they were good and the fuse is good as the unit would not power up if the fuse was bad. I tested again and the unit is operating as designed. I did find that the venthood light did not work and I found that it was burnt out. I could not get the unit to duplicate the complaint of the customer.

I removed the outer door panel and tested the unit on a normal wash cycle and approximately five mins into the wash, water began to gush from the reservoir area on the right side. I found that the upper rack manifold rubber plugs were a little worn and due to the previous service call of the lower spray arm getting caught on the element I advised the customer to replace the spray arm at this time. "F4E4, F4E3, F4E1. Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that was sometimes taking longer to dry. Performed diagnostics and found error codes F4E4 (L2 line voltage), F4E1 (Heater repay or connector problem), and F4E3 (blocked airflow). Ran voltage checks at wall and junction block and found 120/120 as needed, with no voltage drops when running unit. Measured temps at lint screen and exhaust vents and found them to be between 130 - 145 on timed dry high temp. When removing rear vent did notice lint building up. Advised to have customer have vents cleaned, since no parts are testing bad. If issue repeats we can replace main control since wall is producing solid voltage.

Arrived onsite for the washer getting an out of balance error message. On arrival I found the washer full of wet clothing and a large stuffed animal. I explained to the customer that the unit could not be loaded like this because that will throw it out of balance. I found the machine rocking because the weight wasn’t distributed correctly on the feet. I set the feet correctly. I removed the stuffed animal and tested the unit in a drain and spin with the rest of the clothing. The unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose issue with dishwasher not cleaning dishes well. Talked to property owner and was informed guests had let them know the dishes were coming out with soap residue on them. On inspection of the unit found the inside was caked with soap powder residue and filter was coated as well. Unit is running and cycling and there is no issue present with the door as described. Customer just needs to do a thorough cleaning of the unit, run hot water first so that soap breaks down. Advised to use rinse aid as well.

Ran diagnostics and found compressor and fans running during diagnostics but the compressor making a gurgling sound. After diagnostics fans and compressor shut off and did not come back on. Unplugged unit for 1 minute and plugged back in. Unit is cooling at this time but the compressor is failing which Caused control to error out and shut the system down. Per the previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the gearcase, clutch, & washplate due to an unknown noise during agitation. Also, while removing the rotor and stator, I found several scratches on the magnets of the stator; therefore, I removed and replaced it. Calibrated the unit and tested and the unit is operating as designed with no unusual noises. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
