Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with a no ice condition. Mr stated that the unit hadn’t made ice for two weeks and it started making ice this morning. I found the FC temp at 13 degrees on arrival. Upon further inspection I found multiple issues that would cause no ice issues. I found the condenser pact with animal hair and a large gap in the drain tube because it was twisted. I straightened the drain tube and fastened it properly and it sealed correctly. I cleaned the condenser coil and the ice maker went into a harvest. Mr also stated some ice had built up on the FC evaporator cover after the FC door had been left cracked open. Mr had removed the ice. I tested the defrost circuit and found the bimetal closed. I ran a forced short defrost and the unit worked as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that starts dispensing water on its oWn and will also dispense ice on its own sometimes. I tested the unit multiple times for ice and water and the unit worked correctly every time. The unit never failed. Mr stated that if it happens again he will video it. Mr stated that after it happened the last time he unplugged the unit and shut the water off but since he re-powered the unit It hasn’t failed. I suspect multiple issues with the diodes in the harness to the valves and a UI issue that was corrected when the unit was power cycled but cannot get the issue to repeat at this time. I explained this to mr and also stated that the unit might have a bad valve or water pressure issue. The water pressure was slightly higher than normal but not high enough that it should have cause the water dispensing issue. Mr also stated he only opened the wall valve up a 1/4 turn and would leave it this way to see if this solves the issue

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that is cold in the freezer but warm in the refrigerator. I found the freezer at 5 degrees and the refrigerator at 50 degrees. I found no air flow into the RC from the FC. I found the dampener open. I found the sealed system working as designed. I disassembled the back wall of the freezer and found the foam block that prevents air from returning to the evaporator on the right side of the evaporator flipped 90 degrees allowing air to get by it and not go in the refrigerator. The frost pattern on the coil was good. The unit is working as designed and when we left there was 33 degree air coming thru the dampener. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer building up condensation. Ran unit and verified proper cycle temps. Laundry room is 68 degs and after drying a load, it will build up condensation. AC fan is blowing right on top of dryer also. Informed customer that the dryer can not produce any condensation as long as venting is clear, and per temps, it’s fine. Can turn AC vent off to prevent the air from blowing into laundry room but apart from that, nothing else can be done. Informed customer of regular venting."

"arrived on site to inspect dryer noises and temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit was making a loud noise when drying and it’s getting too hot. I tested temps in the unit on high temp setting and the max temp was 295 degrees. I raised the top panel and removed the front panel and drum and found a round object wedged in between the bearing ring and drum seal and was hitting the gaps in the bearing ring causing the noise. Removed the debris and lint. Also found that the belt is worn and fraying. I removed and replaced the dryer kit consisting of the belt, 2 rollers, and the pulley. i verified ohms to the element, fuse, and cutoffs. Tested the unit and it operated as designed. Cleaned lint from unit, job completed."
