"I have Don site for a dryer that is not powering on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise at the unit would not start any cycles but that the door light would come on. Tested the unit and found the unit making a clicking sound, and then completely shutting off before showing a power failure error message. I checked voltage at the terminal block and found proper voltage and polarity when the unit was sitting idle. Checked voltage from Line 1 to neutral when the start button was pressed and activated. Found voltage drop to 0 V. Checked Line 2 to neutral when the unit started and found voltage increased to 240 V. Check voltage at the wall and confirm the same issue. The customer advised that every time the unit would start that it would sit off a different breaker in her breaker box every time. The customer showed me it doing this to three separate breakers three times in a row. Did advise the customer that her issue was an electric supply issue. Filled out the incoming voltage checklist and had the customer sign incoming voltage waiver. The customer will need an electrician to fix her electrical supply issues. "JFFCC72EHL04 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. The customer advised the cooling started to fail shortly after the last service and they smelled a gas odor from within the RC. Upon arrival, I could hear the sealed system making a spurting noise, indicative of refrigerant loss and the FC was at 45, RC was 32. I found the RC evaporator he pinhole leak at the low side connection and replaced the evaporator. The system had an acrid odor and after removing the compressor, I had to flush the system several times with N to clear the odor and also looked for particulate matter. Finding none, I removed and replaced the compressor and vacuumed the system to 440 microns. The vacuum holding for 15 minutes, I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The unit started cooling and operated as designed. During diagnosis, the left FC slide had broken at the upper drawer retainer and will require replacement. No leaks observed during service. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has a dripping leaking sizzling sound. The customer stated product is freezing in the drawer even after turning the temperature to the 3 setting for the RC. I found that the sound the customer was hearing was when the unit was in a defrost and I explained that this was normal operation and how it works. I tested temps and found them good but the RC slowly gets colder because the dampener is leaking cold air when in the closed position. "Arrived on site to inspect range warming drawer not aligned. Upon further inspection, I found the warming drawer head come off track on the right side. I removed the drawer and realigned the glides and placed the drawer back in place. I demonstrated to the customer on how to re-install the drawer should it slide all the way out again. Customer advised their inspector told them something is missing. I demonstrated how the glides slide into place on the rails and explained that if the drawer is not pulled out from the middle, it will cause the metal rails to jam into the plastic glides and get stuck, at which time, they would need to pull the drawer back out and alight the glides with the rails and slide the drawer back in. I tested the cooktop burners and oven and all is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a standup freezer. That is not closing properly and is popping open. Inspected unit and work area. Found the bottom hinge not flush with the cabinet. Did not find any abnormality with the hinge itself but the cabinet was popping out, causing the door to be able to close, but then would pop back open within five seconds. Attempted to fix the positioning of the bottom hinge by tightening down the screws and found that the strip screws were turned but were completely stripped. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Nate SR# 7736557174. He had me take several photos of the damage done to the cabinet and advise that based on the current information about the unit would be sent to review for non repairable designation. Checked underneath the kickplate and did not find any issue with the cabinet. the customer called Fergusons to figure out if there was any kind of installation issue. Fergusons had advised that they installed a rear mounted anchor to the backside of the appliance, and then they would need to come out to remove that for us to be able to work. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from ice dispenser. Upon further inspection, I found droplets of water on the dispenser tray coming from the ice dispenser. When I opened the FC door, I found condensation in the ice chute. I tested the separator and found it closing properly and appearing to seal. I poured a small amount of water into the ice chute and after approximately 4-5 seconds, the water began to leak out. I removed the separator and found a small amount of mold building up on the ice door gasket and the gasket was mis-shaped (photo). I replaced the separator and tested. Its operating and closing properly and sealing as well. I found some caulking around the gapping in between the chassis and liner that was bad. I r,does the old caulking and re-sealed the gap and cleaned up all left over residue. Unit is operating as designed. Customer does not have the unit connected to water. No further water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace possible SS components. I tapped the system with the unit equalized and found the pressures at 52 psi and the system fully charged. I replaced the compressor and filter drier adding an access valve on the compressor. I vacuumed the system and added 5.5 ozs of R134A refrigerant. I tested the unit and was at 2 psi on the low side and 125 psi on the high side. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making squeaking noise. Customer showed me noise occurs when unit is started / happens throughout the cycle. I tested and heard a faint squeaking. When I moved the chassis forward the noise stopped. I replaced the belt / rollers / tensioner pulley to resolve any possible internal causes of the noise. Retested and found squeak only happened for a fraction of a second when starting. Moved unit out a little further and tested several times and found no further occurrences of noise. Customer has a long vent hose that unit is pressed directly into and it is likely pushing back in the vent pipe causing the rattle. Unit seems to operate fine when pulled out repair completed.

Opened up the dishwasher and did find proper voltage. Going to the control and proper voltage, go into the user interface. Found evidence of water damage done to the user interface due to one of the screws showing signs of corrosion.
