"arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners. Upon further inspection, customer advised that all of the burners click when turning one burner on. I advised the customer that that is the way the unit is designed. I explained that each burner is connected to a spark module and have a wire harness on the valves so that when one burner is being ignited, all burners Ignitors come on. I tested all five burners and all five were operating as designed. The customer advised that the front right burner sometimes doesn’t want to light. I tested it several times and it operated as designed. I advised the customer that if the unit begins to not operate correctly to call it in for service. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their inspector to.d him the drain hose wasn’t installed properly and the unit sometimes will have water standing in the bottom of the tub. I checked the hose under the sink and found that it did not have a high loop. I disconnected the hose from the disposal and rerouted the hose to where it had a high loop and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed and it drained properly. I advised the customer of my repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator section freezing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that food items on the middle shelf area are freezing, but the items on the top shelf are not. I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees & RC=38 degrees on the manufactures settings. I tested the fans and damper and while testing, I found that some food items were blocking the airflow and redirecting them down towards the middle shelf. I cold feel the air hitting the item. I advised the customer that the placement of t(e items being directly in front of the vent would cause items to freeze. Advised to move the shelf down and keep smaller items on the shelf so that the airflow can move freely throughout the RC section. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site and found fresh food evaporator frozen over and temps at 46 degrees. Customer also stated the unit just stopped making ice as well. Verified freezer temp at -2 degrees. Tested thermistors and ice maker in diagnostics. Ice maker is registering full ice bin and will not cycle completely. I found control reading thermistors as good and the fan is running but very little air flow is coming from fan. Unit will need new ice maker, thermistor and fan to repair. Instructed customer to thaw unit for 48 hours to allow evaporator to completely thaw so that repair can be completed. Upon further inspection, the customer showed me where the water was leaking from which was at the front right corner of the pedestal where there is rust. I removed the lid and inspected and found some water residue on the left side panel. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and did not see any leaks. I removed the front panel and found water on the bottom panel near the back left corner. Checked all hoses and the drain pump and everything was dry. I checked the hoses at the top of the unit and found a dime sized hole in the hose going from the dispenser to the tub. ; ordrng 1 4738ER1004B (BELLOWS)"

Checked water filter and found dry, found water filter housing not engaging filter. Found small ice due to bad water pressure from filter housing. Performed diagnostics on ice maker and advanced cycle. Found ice maker mold deteriorating because the particles in ice cubes. Recommend to replace filter housing and ice maker. Removed failed filter housing and installed new. Tested water operation and monitored for water leaks. Removed failed ice maker and installed new. Monitored ice maker cycle. All tested good, no water leaks detected.
