"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, I found that the refrigerator is making a loud humming/vibrating noise and it sounded as if it were coming form the compressor. I placed the unit in diagnostics and test3d the compressor speeds and it operated as designed with normal noise. I tested the FC evaporator fan motor and it was making a loud noise. I removed the Evap cover and found that the evaporator had a nice frost pattern ad no ice built up. I attempted to adjust the fan motor shroud and it continued to make the loud noise. I removed and replaced the Evap fan motor and retested and it operated as designed with no more unusual noises. I advised the customer of my findings/repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Started to perform a temperature test at vent with venting off. Unit was running normally then shut off. Temperature was at 131° when this happened. UI was still on. About 30 seconds later unit started running again on its own with me pushing any buttons. Unit then stopped running again for about another 30 seconds then started back on its own again. Found failed UI panel. Removed failed part and replaced with new. Tested unit and all operations are normal. No other repairs are needed at this time.

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with frosting issues in the FC and the FC light not working. Mr also stated the ice maker was changing from cubed ice to crushed ice on its own. I found the FC clear of any frost and ice when I arrived. I found ice on the door switch lever keeping it from opening fully. I removed the ice and the switch and light work properly. I explained to the customer that the door more than likely had stayed cracked open on the right side because they have a good seal and this is why the frost went away on its own. I tested the UI switching between crushed and cubed ice. I found the UI shorting out causing the ice selection to change and the ice door to not function correctly. I changed the UI and retested.
