"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser dripping/leaking. Upon arrival, I contacted Techline and spoke to Andy and advised him of the issue of the unit dripping/leaking at the water dispenser and I have already replaced all water dispensing components. Andy had me remove the water line inside the door and then reconnect it at the hinge and dispense water. I advised that the water continues to drip. I tested water flow at the hinge and the water stopped when I released the pad. Andy advised to replace the water line from the hinge to the valve and the line inside the door again. He attached his notes to the previous file #7725927430. I am ordering the water tube that goes from the hinge to the valve and the water tube inside the door. Also ordering a reducer and apex water line. Office to schedule return service. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice build up. Upon further inspection, i found that the adaptor on the ice maker housing had ice buildup in the middle and at the back of the adaptor at the RC section wall. I contacted Techline and spoke to Andy and advised him of the issue and all of the repairs made to this unit (4 adaptors, 2 HV controls, 1 UI, 2 ice makers, 1 ice fan, 1 ice bin door, 2 FC door gaskets, and a sealed system repair). Andy had me check the back wall of the RC section to see if the wall is wavy and I found that it is not. I advised that at the last service call, I replaced the ice maker housing adaptor and doubled the gasket at the back wall ad used sealant to seal the gaps where the adaptor and housing meet.

I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E1. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The began washing but shortly after washing the motor stopped. I advanced testing and the drain pump came on and the element came on showing 7-9amps on my multimeter. I removed and replaced the control and retested and the unit began washing, but about half way through, the motor stopped operating. I contacted the office and got authorization (SC) and removed and replaced the the sump/motor assembly and retested. The unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
