Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Tested unit and fill test and unit came up with a 01 code for motor trying to make it to the home position. Motor would not move. Tested unit in a harvest cycle. Unit harvested but stayed upside down and would not fill with water. Tested voltage going to motor and found 13.2 V DC going to the motor. Replaced the ice maker and tested unit in fill test. Unit got past the motor moving to home position but would not activate the water fill. I checked continuity at switch and found continuity. Called Techline and spoke to Joel SR # 7727022097. He had me check the ice box thermistor and found it open. Found 13 ohms going to the thermistor from the ice maker connector. He advised that there was a split in the harness line inside the freezer door and to replace door assembly. "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon further inspection, I found that the customer is not using rinse aid. Also, the customer has a water softener in the home. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Using my multimeter, I checked the amp draw on the components and found that all components are functioning properly. The element is showing 7-9amps during the wash cycle of testing and at the end of testing. I advised the customer that the unit is fine and made recommendations for detergent and rinse aid use, as well as, use and care for the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps & ice maker. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=22 & RC=42 on setting of 33 degrees. I removed the FC Evap cover and fund a large block of ice in the top left and right side corners of the evaporator. Removed the back cover and checked the compressor & fan and the compressor was room temp and the fan was operating. Using my black light, I found what appeared to be refrigerant debris on the bottom pan and on one of the welds. I advised the customer that a sealed system would need to happen to repair the unit. I am ordering the compressor, both evaporators, drier, access valve, CNOTE-2HR JOB, CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. Office to schedule return service. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the evaporator before reassembling. I tested the fill tube ad no water came in. I checked the fill tube line at the bottom left hinge area and water came from the line that goes to the valve. I blew into the line going to the ice maker and it is frozen up. Using my steamer I was able to get the line freed up and retested the fill tube and the ice tray filled with water. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that in order to keep it from freezing up, the temp in the FC would need to be turned down. "Arrived on site for FC Evap fan making noise again. Found ice had built up on the fan in the same spots again. Called and talked to Joel at tech line. Unable to get an SR to tech line systems being down. Joel informed me that engineering had found that this condition can be caused if the foam pad / tape used to block the air gap on the right side of the Evap by the vent is incorrectly placed. Checked unit and found the tape was indeed 1/2 inch too low allowing an air gap to exist. Repositioned tape block airflow as properly designed. On removing the shelves found the left track had a crack in the plastic. Replaced left track as well. Reassembled unit and retested. Fan is now quiet and defrosted, and customer will follow up In the event there is another issue. Call complete."

After letting the unit run under a couple different cycle types, you could feel hot stagnant air. Advised owner to have vents cleaned and follow up if issue persists. Owner had mentioned that sometimes the unit would error 10 mins in a cycle, likely for overheat. This is usually due to congested vents. Due to the tub legs being badly bent and the unit door not able to close properly, I removed and replace the tub and transfers all other parts, except the sump/motor assembly, to the new tub. I installed a new sump/motor assembly. Placed the unit back in its space and after reconnecting the water line and power, I tested the unit. Unit operated as designed with no water leaks. The toeplate does not fit correctly as the baseboards need to be cut back as it sits behind the unit right leg. I notified the builder regarding this issue. "Arrived onsite for the refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I found the unit with no refrigerant in the system and verified the leak on the condenser that the previous tech found. I replaced the condenser, compressor, and drier. I added a service tap on the low side of the compressor. I ran a suction/blow test to check for restrictions. I found no restrictions but the unit was sucking at the drier and blowing at the compressor. The line set was correct at the compressor but after looking the compressor was ordered for an 01 engineering digit instead of an 02 engineering digit. When I removed the toeplate, I found where something had chewed at the wires and the insulation. I pulled the unit from the cabinet and found a nest made form the insulation and tech manual in the back right corner of the cabinets (photos). Customer/builder was present and I advised him of my findings. Unit will need a sump/motor assembly, wiring harness, new insulation pad and power cord to complete repairs.
