"Arrived onsite for the washer that is getting a fill error. I checked stored error codes and found an F8E1. I ran test 12 quick diagnostics test and found that after just about 20 seconds when the first cold water valve was energized, it would stop and the drain valve came on and emptied the tub. I tested all 3 valves and found the resistance between 1119-1132 ohms making them all good. I tested the unit again and after the drain pump shut off I disconnected the pressure switch hose and the unit kept filling. I tested all three valves and found them working. I reconnected the pressure switch hose and after 0 seconds the valve shut off and the drain pump emptied the tub. I changed the pressure switch and tested. The unit filled for a longer period but the pump still came on and emptied the tub. Need to replace the main control. Ordering W11322883 CNTRL-ELEC.; ordrng 1 W11322883 (CNTRL-ELEC)"

Using some cardboard, I slide it in the gap in between the door and the chassis and slide the door lock back and opened the door. I removed the control panel and removed the fuse and found it bad. Inspected water system and found that the float assembly had a slow leak and has gotten the insulation damp. Corrected assembly and ensured proper seal and adjusted insulation so that it is not pushing on the assembly when the toe kick is installed. Tested again and found unit is now operating properly. "arrived on site to inspect washer with clothing getting stuck under washplate. Upon further inspection, I found the washplate very loose. When I popped the center cover, I found the washplate bolt had backed out. I cleaned the bolt and applied loctite to the bolt and retightened and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer to give the loctite a few hours to dry and secure to the bolt before using. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
