Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with the temps all over the place in both compartments and the water dispenser is not working. When I arrived the dispenser was working but I found the temps low in both compartments and the compressor not ramping up. The customer stated the unit chirps at them sometimes and he has also opened the door and seen 70 showing in both display windows. The control needs to be replaced. I called the office and spoke with MS.I replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 432 degrees. My next 5 readings were 320, 412, 325, 420, & 323 for an average of 360 degrees. I calibrated the unit minus -10 degrees to offset the temp to 350 degrees. "arrived on site to inspect microwave tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and in the garage. Plugged the unit into an extension cord and found no power. Removed the cover and found the fuse blown. Using an extra fuse I had, I placed it in the unit and the unit powered up. When I opened/closed the door, the fuse blew again. I removed the door switch interlock and tested the switches and all were good. I tested all of the thermostats and all were good. The unit is getting 125V to the fuse. When I checked the switches again, I found the secondary switch in the middle wasn’t clicking when depressing the switch button. When I opened the switch, I found where it had shorted and welded itself which is why it’s showing a closed circuit. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that our office would contact Bosch with my findings/notes and Bosch would take the issue from there. The part needed is 00621573. Customer advi

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that he replaced the element and the unit still does not heat. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Using my multimeter, I tested amps at the black wire at the junction box and when the unit got to the heating stage of testing, it showed zero amps. I removed the outer door panel and found where the control was shorted at the element connection. I tested continuity to the element and it was good. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

After talking with the tenant I found out that the complaint was a block of ice building up under the ice maker. The ice maker was in a harvest and I watched it complete the cycle with no water leaks. I found a solid block of ice in the drip pan on the left side causing water to run into the FC when the unit was in a defrost. I removed the ice so the water would run to the drain. I ran diagnostics and found no error codes and the defrost circuit is working as designed. Call complete.

As soon as I plugged the unit in, all of the cooktop Ignitors began to arc at the same time. I removed and replaced the spark module and retested and got the same results. I contacted Techline and spoke to Rick and advised of my findings and repairs. Rick advised to replace the switch harness and provided file #7726722687. I advised the customer of the recommendations.
