"arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, I opened the door and pressed the door switch closed and turned the unit on. I found the unit is heating as I cold see the element illuminating in the back left vent area and could feel the heat coming in. Also found the lint screen full of lint (remove). Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow in the unit with the vent tube connected to the unit at the back of the unit. After 2 tests, the unit failed. I removed the vent tube from the unit and retested and the unit passed. I did this with the customer present and explained my findings. I recommended that the customer have the vents in the walls inspected by a professional. No lint observed within the unit, job completed"

"arrived on site to inspect dryer not tumbling/operating. Upon further inspection, I found the unit sitting in the hallway. Customer advised that she has another unit in the laundry room. I raised the top panel and found the drum belt appearing to be good, but when I lifted up on it, I found that it was turned over and not attached to the tension pulley or motor pulley. I removed the front panel and removed and replaced the belt due to it being badly frayed and tested the unit by turning the drum by d all components in the back of the unit...element, cutoffs, thermostats, fuse and all are good. Checked the tension pulley and it’s lined up with the motor pulley. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on water leak issue. Called tech line, file SR7727208107. On removal of lid I could see the back panel covered in soap residue due to water splashing all down it. Checked the service pointer for the vent hose deflector, and there was 0 moisture found in the vent tube. Customer had clear water stains all through his laundry room and some wood, so leak appears to be larger then the service pointer. Blew out pressure sensor tube and could audibly hear water splashing in it when unit was empty and drained. Will need a pressure switch and a vent coupling kit, part W11125159 and w11409996.

Arrived onsite for a range that the oven is too cold. I tested the oven temp with the set point at 350 degrees. Preheat temp reached 352 degrees. After 3 cycles the temp was cycling between 304-385 degrees. The sensor tested good at lower temps but at higher temps it was reading off. I changed the sensor but the differential in the control was still off by 80 degrees. I changed the control and the unit was averaging 351 degrees with a 0 degree offset in the new control and a 50 degree offset. Call complete. Use Authorization WOTIN00DPL1.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the FC icemaker not making ice. I found the FC at only 29 degrees. I found the evaporator fan running but the compressor wasn’t running. I found 123VAC to the inverter. I ran service test 4 and the compressor came on. The unit completed service test 4 and worked as designed. I put the unit back in a regular cycle and none of the sealed system components came on. I found the unit in a defrost cycle. I let the unit finish the cycle and the freezer get to temp. I found ice build up in the cover for the ice maker head not letting the gear turn. I broke the ice away and I found the ice maker harvesting when bypassed but I could see the points in the head getting red hot and smoking. I replaced the ice maker. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.
